On our way to Tawas for the July holiday, my new breaks started making an awful noise. I went in first thing on Thursday morning, no appointment! I was scared to find out what was wrong. Zach got me right in! The service was exceptional! This is not the first time that have accommodated us in an emergency! Would highly recommend if you are ever in need!

My 2022 Jeep Compass was dead in the water up in Oscoda. No matter what I tried it would not start. kept telling me that the Key Fob Not Detected. I had to have it towed down to Zubek CDJR. I called and talked to Zak when it was dropped off around 8:30am. He explained they would look at it today or tomorrow. I asked him if there was any way it could be looked at today, since I was stuck without my vehicle and had a meeting in Roscommon tomorrow. He said he would have them look at it this afternoon. He called me a little after 2pm and said it was done. What a great place to work with. Keep up the good work Zak and Zubek CDJR!

Took my jeep here to get repaired. They told me nothing is wrong with it. It's an intermittent problem,only starts at about 65 mph. I told them that,but they test drive at 55 mph max anyway Here is a video of how it drives

bought a car here today and it was an awesome, easy experience. Matt was so helpful and got us in and out of there in less than 2 hours with a new set of keys! 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who's looking for a new or used car :)

Exploiters, sketchy and unprofessional. Called to make an appointment with the service department knowing exactly what the problem was. The soonest they were able to get me an appointment was 10 days from then. Had my car towed there the day before my appointment as instructed. While in the waiting area, a mechanic came in and began insulting us to another worker and complaining about the condition of my car. Rotors had been replaced 1.5 weeks before then (any worker I talked to was made aware of this), but the mechanic insisted they would need to be replaced because they weren’t “original.”
I called 3 days after my appointment to check the status and was told that they hadn’t been able to look at it yet. I arranged to have my vehicle towed to a different establishment the next morning. When the towing company got there they were visibly upset and tried to charge the driver $50 for a “diagnostic fee.” Mind you, this would have been a total of one business hour after I was told they hadn’t started on it yet. Took it to Richies in Harrisville and it was done in less than a day. Runs beautifully and no new rotors needed.

Not happy with Zubek's service department at all. This is NOT a full service shop. It is at best a tire and oil change shop. Do not give them anything of any significant mechanical repair, because they are incapable of diagnostic work and will let your car sit while they do the "easy" work instead. Very disappointed. As a licensed mechanic I would not bring any vehicle here.

I have a 2007 Commander that needed a lot of front end work, and some other more minor work/repairs needing to be done. I bought my Jeep from a dealership downstate, and it had only been serviced by other Jeep dealerships - with one exception (it was a tire shop in Rose City that stripped my splined lug nuts, ugh). Since moving north permanently 3 years ago, I'm so happy to find a Jeep dealership locally that I can trust. Zak and John were wonderful, explained everything fully, and went over my Jeep thoroughly as I asked them to do. And shout out to the lady in the front office who let me charge my dead cell-phone! I happily recommended Zubek, and will be a repeat customer for regular service and any future repairs. Thanks again!

Not a good experience?My husband and i took his truck in for a tune up and sensor replacement.Almost $600 and 7hours later,we get told that 1 of the plugs end blew of into the engine and went out the tail pipe after causing significant damage to the pistons and motor.Wev had this truck 7years,never once had a problen with the motor and now the truck is sitting in my driveway because its wanting to stall and running really bad,they say it was like that but if it was we wouldv had problems with it running and we didnt,so now we are out a very nice truck and their not willing to take blame...i def dont reccomend going here.

The people in West Branch Michigan are very accommodating. The lady replaced the bulb in my light.
