So I went to 7-Eleven at the Ecorse Road location this morning at approximately 7:45 AM on December 5th 2024. I had left my debit card at home by accident and I informed the two employees that I’d be right back because I only literally live right down the street. I was gone 6/7 minutes top and upon my return they took every single thing that I wanted to purchase and put back within five minutes!!! Maybe Management needs to teach their employees to be more patient and instead of buying my $40 worth of merchandise I decided to go next-door to the gas station and I will not be returning!!!!

The cups for the slurpees were cheaply made, but other than that no problems. There's always a better choice for slurppes at the Ecorse Rd location compared to the others and we never have a problem with having our pizza heated at this location compared to the other locations.

I've never experienced so much hassle just trying to buy a Slurpee. I was asked to sign up for a rewards card and asked to donate money to some unknown charity. I ended up having trouble with the card reader because the whole lengthy check out process caught me off guard and I put my card in too soon. I just wanted to get out of there. This is supposed to be a CONVENIENCE store. In the end, I think I was charged full price even though I brought my own refill cup back. I was too frazzled at that point to argue about it because I know that would've totaled confused the cashier. Thankfully, there are many other 7-elevens just as close to my house, so I never have to return to this one.

The guy that works behind the counter weekdays around 11AM is very nice and welcoming. Store is clean, service is great.

This 7-11 sold the most slurpee's in the Nation I'm guessing and for that they received a Slurpee Machine only for Lemonade and you can mix it with raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, and snozzberries! Just kidding whose ever heard of a SNOZZBERRY! Best thing ever!Not to mention I love the girls that work here, they keep it clean and the line moving and always (almost) they have fresh hot food. OH THE ALSO SELL LIQUOR TOO!!
