Horrible service the guys that the owner has hired are lazy. Pop machine has been down for over a week and when I ask it's always tomorrow. What's messed up is when I get pop I usually get cigarettes and gas there easily losing upwards of a hundred dollars when I come in there.oh and I'm talk about mountain dew fountain pop (update) Machine working working for couple days now down again there isn't anything wrong with it there just to lazy to refill it

Just had an Uber eats order that picked up two drinks from here, & they were both the most watered-down things I've ever tasted. I tried to call to let them know their machine was off, & they have 'Do Not Disturb' active 💀 Avoid this place at all costs. 0 stars

This occurred to my family member on 1/27/25 at the telegraph and eureka location of 7-11 in Taylor. In her own words:
I stopped at 711.
They didn't appear to have anything that was fresh. And after looking around a little bit, I figured I'd pass on the junk food and I walked out.
When I got almost to my car, the man working behind the counter ran out and asked me, did I buy something. Kind of taken aback and insulted at the same time.I asked him, what did you say. He repeated his question and I walked back in the store and asked him, was he insinuating that I stole something and he wanted to check my purse.
I told him no call the police. He insisted that he wasn't insinuating that I stole something. He just wanted to know if I bought something.
I let him know that if I had bought something I would have come to the counter and paid for it. But since I didn't obviously, I didn't purchase anything. We stood there going back-and-forth until I told him, "I insist that you call the police." He finally apologized and said, i'm just a worker. The boss is watching on camera and he told me to do it.

Rude and disgusting employee. Floor was sticky and the old man was just plain rude. This was my second visit and had the same bad experience. The old man does not treat customers well and does not deserve a job.

This store is not only filled with fruit flies, but the worker is incredibly rude. One trip the mountain dew was out of syrup and when my husband asked if he could change it when he got a moment he was told by the clerk that he didn't have time to change it, which means he doesn't care that others will come in and waste money on a bad product. Then this morning after taking my daughter to school I decided to stop here to redeem my coupon/reward for "a free small slurpee, fountain, hot or iced coffee drink". After making my fountain drink surrounded by fruit flies I headed to the register and once there he proceeded to scan my coupon/reward and say it isn't working it's only for slurpees. I then showed him on my 7-eleven app that it states "One free slurpee, fountain, hot or ice coffee drink". He then continues to tell me no it's only for slurpees. I finally just decided to leave because it's just the principal at this point I'm not paying for something I earned and have a valid coupon/reward for. Needless to say my family will not be returning to this location. I know some people don't really care about reviews and I'm not someone who normally leaves a review but to try and scam a customer out of $1.47 by not allowing a valid coupon/reward is just crazy and bad service.

Y’all I used my free slushie coupon from T-Mobile Tuesdays at the 7-11 and the clerk was so rude! He tried to treat me like a thief because I wanted a free slushie! I let him ring me up then I pulled up the bar code. He did not scan it and instead typed some code in. Then asked me to pay. I said it’s free. I looked at the bill and it said 0.00. So I told my daughter to scan hers. He starts yelling at me saying I need to pay. I said no sir it’s free you might need to scan the bar code. He refused then typed a code in for my daughter’s. Then he was still like you have to pay. I said I’m not paying it’s free. So then up steps my son. He yells at me that he has to ring them up separately. I said that’s fine. Why don’t you try scanning the bar code but anywho it’s still taking the money off and it says $0.00. Another clerk steps up and says yea it’s free. No apology, nothing! I said you really need to not have an attitude and yell at your customers. He said Ok all rude. I want an apology! And to think businesses partner with T-Mobile to get more traffic from customers who wouldn’t otherwise shop there! I will no longer be shopping at that 7-11. Do not patronize that 7-11 at 14850 Telegraph Rd. Taylor, MI 48180 if you like being treated with respect!

Very dirty. I’ve been there twice and each time I had to argue to get them to charge the correct price. Didn’t understand what I was saying 🤦♂️.

Awful sanitation practices. Sticky counters,sticky dirty floors,and most of the slurpee flavors did not work.Lids for the sodas did not fit the cups either

Update: This link 7/11 keeps sharing in their replies is blocked and deactivated by bit.ly. It is not a place I can access to send comments as they've requested. It says it is a "suspended account."
Trying to contact owner about a return, no answer or answering service on the phone number. Two products unusable, plus a diet soda that is definitely not diet. Would like to return the two expired items as they were very pricey.
