The workers at this location either don't know what they're doing or they strait up lie. Hasey gave me the run around for a whole day. And when I was waiting to talk to Chris the manager he was "in the bathroom " for. 20 mins. Terrible I suggest RENT-A-CENTER

Bought two tv's from them. Both didn't work. And wouldn't replace them. The blonde there said they are selling those to us knowing they are bad. Their store has video and audio, that can be pulled up.DO NOT COME HERE! GO TO RENT A CENTER! OR A BUM FROM THE STREETS, BECAUSE YOU CAN TRUST HIM MORE THAN AARON'S HERE, AND WAY MIREBTHAN THE LOW IQ UNDER QUALIFIED WORKERS THERE. FACT!

This location it self , the bed side manor is terrible! It took them and hour to even help us because she kept taking phone calls over helping us , then for her to say she will call us over the phone and confirm everything she never called They’re unorganized. They didn’t want to rent to us I don’t wanna say it’s a race thing but it felt like it. They was playing around about how long it will take to get a washer and dryer I’ve found it myself in the same day at a different location when she says she couldn’t find no one ladies made a comment about my children I didn’t like at all because the moved the pillows around on 2 couches.

7 last night they call me and this girl sounds like she is not knowledgeable. She calls me a different last name and starts asking when I’m going to make a payment. I told her two weeks ago I changed my payment information and that my payment comes out on Saturday. She puts me on hold for like the third time and then comes back and says oh yeah your enrolled in easy pay and it’s for tomorrow, Saturday. I ask to speak with manager and he is very rude even though he says it’s their mistake. I asked she couldn’t look at account before she called on a Friday night? Still thinking of taking item back. Been doing business with this company for many years on and off.
