Ordered a gift at store to be shipped. Order didn't go thru until 2 days later, then another 4 before shipping. Wasn't an out if stock item. Would have been way easier ordering online. American Eagle you're going to have to step up your game. Your competition is crushing you. My experience here was a fail.

The girls there were super nice and helpful however I had to exchange a pair of jeans because they didn’t fit me and the man gave me a horrible attitude. This also isn’t the first time he’s gave me an attitude. It’s been multiple times. If you can’t be a nice person maybe you shouldn’t be in retail.

VERY RUDE! went to exchange something and the tag wasn’t attached and they wanna say, due to COVID we can not return this. Then I day have a good day and the lady goes “yup you too, with an attitude” they are horrible at this location, do not recommend

American Eagle is probably my favorite clothing store. The jeans always fit my small frame perfectly. I've since tried getting my sister interested in the jeans as well. Shopping during the holidays SUCKS. There is no denying that. We stopped in around noon on a Saturday. Not many people in the store. She found a pair of skinny jeans and made her way to the fitting rooms. AE has those annoying fitting rooms where the door locks and you need an employee to help open it. In theory this would be great .... if someone was actually working that department. So we waited .... and waited .... and waited. Five minutes past and still no one came to help us. At this point I contemplated crawling under the door to unlock it. JOY! I see an employee walking towards the fitting room. She walks into the fitting room section .... And just ignores the two of us waiting to try on clothes. Does she not see us there? How could you not see us? I thought it was a joke. She doesn't even look our way and instead walks out to help someone else with a fitting room. At this point I am highly annoyed. Needless to say we walked out without making a purchase. We'll go to another AE where the employees care about the business.
