Update. They hide reviews. Most likely bad reviews for Luis Mendez. I’ve been trying to gain access for my fiber account, but I can’t because Luis wrote my email wrong from the start when they made my fiber account. They misspelled Detroit out of all words. I can’t pay my fiber bill because I assumed it would show up on my account on the app! No! I was told on the phone that I’ve been getting emails about not paying on the email that was spelled wrong! I can’t seem to get anyone from corporate to help me change the Email to the correct one! From the start Luis has been handling my service incorrectly.

Brian was the man helped us out when customer service was awful on the phone with them for 50 minutes no solution Brian had it handled in less then 10! This guy needs his own store it’d be the best in Michigan!

Beware beware beware. This is not a real store and corporate will tell you they can't honor any sells from this store. The kid I seen ( white young tattoos on his hand) clearly frauded my account. Added multiple phones and watches, 1800 loyalty told me to go to atnt to fix it, atnt store told me it has to be this store because it's not a real atnt store, now this fake store is telling me I have to go to Allen Park to find the individual person and have him fix it. This store has cost me 250 a month and now I have to deal with fraud people. All this migraine because it's not a real store. Beware beware beware.

Daphne was awesome yes. She’d save me a lot of time. She was very patient and polite. It took me days trying to figure out how to delete this app on my phone and she fixed it in 20 minutes and showed me how to fix another issue I have. 💗💗👍🏽👍🏽 Thank you. 🙏🏽
