DO NOT USE TREASURE AS A SALES ASSOCIATE, SHES WORRIED ABOUT HER POCKETS AND WILL SCAM YOU. Pretends to be giving you store credits when it's actually financed charges on your bill. Signs you up for the most expensive plans, protection without asking or disclosing any information. She literally walked around the store picking out stuff for my $600 " credit " which all a LIE. Worst sales associate EVER!!!Talking to reps from other at&t store and this store is known for scamming people, BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE THEYLL SCAM 100%

We upgraded our plan here and have been working with Treasure. She is Great! Very friendly, and knowledgeable of the products and has been very helpful to us after the sale! We highly recommend going to see her if/when you’re looking for a new phone and carrier.

Dorian gave EXCELLENT customer service today! He was so patient and answered every question we had. He is very knowledgeable about the services and products. I would recommend him 100 times to anyone that need any assistance!

I switched to AT&T in November and the in home tech promised me a lower bill and a gift card. I kept calling him but no answer. I walk in AT&T Taylor and Dorian English saved the day!!!! I can’t tell you how patient informative and knowledgeable he was. He went over and beyond and helped me resolved all my issues: bill, gift card, and notated my account. Then he helped me do the auto pay on my account. Because of him, I’m keeping AT&T and truly recommend their service to my friends! Thank you Dorian for making my day and being so patient with me!

My elderly parents went to this store when (still!) having an issue with their landline phone. To be fair, I told them it was the line, not the phone, but they went to the store on their own. My mom had cell phone service with Verizon with a very stripped down Samsung phone. Treasure, the rep who waited on them, ended up selling them two new Samsung S23s that they do not need, and, with the push of a button got their landline number forwarded to my mother's old cell phone. Being elderly they are not great cell phone users and need just an old school landline to use as their main phone. I am now on person #15 with AT&T trying to undo what Treasure did with their landline. This has been going on for 1.5 months. For some reason AT&T just can not figure out how to make an old landline number for 17 years go back to a landline number and not be forwarded to the cell any longer.My suggestion at this location is to PLEASE have a manager confirm and explain any changes in service to seniors prior to them walking out of the store with anything new/changed. I'm honestly ready to pull the plug on everything AT&T because of what one employee did, who probably got a lot of commission for this whole mess.
