  this specific store was nice, however me and my saint of a mother were looking to switch to at&t, my mom has great credit, no history of anything questionable in her existence, and spent hoursss here on two different occasions to be questioned for approval and DENIED by the fraud department stating we cannot have services due to my mother (saint) not being who she claims to be. 😳 prime example of because of people whom lie, cheat and steal, my mother cannot have what’s rightfully hers. fraud department asked ridiculous questions no one would be certain about, and denied my mother and simply said “there’s nothing more we can do for you”. thanks for nothing. talk about unjust, unfair and helpless. super disappointed.

  Switched from Verizon to because they had good prices on the iPhone 16 pro max, ever since switching to atnt I have absolutely no service anywhere that I go. Because of this, I opted to switch to the highest plan. I did not want the highest plan, nor did I need the highest plan when I have Verizon. They told me that my employer would provide a discount. They asked for my employer and asked me for paystubs as proof. After that I was all set. 2 weeks later the discount that was given to me was was removed because I did not provide a letter? I was never asked to provide a letter from my employer, they told me I was all set when I left. Came back to get it resolved and they can’t help me because I don’t have my drivers license on hand. My life has been negatively impacted atleast one time per day since joining atnt. I drive a Tesla and often times opt to leave my car key at home because you can unlock the door via a mobile app but due to the fact that I do not have service about 30% of the time this is a thing of the past. Ordering fast food using mobile apps is also a thing of the past because most of the time, I pull up into the drive thru and my phone loses service.

  The employees were great and super helpful. The lack of stars is for the company itself. It seems like they don’t want to make money or get another customer. I went in there willing to pay an early cancellation fee if I could walk out of there with a modem. You can’t do that. I found out a lot of people ask this question and get the same answer. Weird. Didn’t gain a customer today.

  After not having service for several days went to this store for assistance. First 2 guys were great, especially after I felt 611 was EXHAUSTING. Asked to come back when I received replacement phone if issue wasn’t resolved and their team mates couldn’t be bothered with me, disregarded me completely and said their job isnt to trouble shoot, it is sales. EVEN AFTER I SAID I WAS INSTRUCTED TO RETURN I WAS SENT AWAY. After 8 yrs of At&t services, ready to walk away. If this is the service a “corporate” store gives, shame on corporate.

  This store is a Union staffed store represented by the CWA. Jeff did a really fine job of working with my family and getting us new phones with their most recent 15 plus promotion they were running. Everything was very smooth! Ask for Jeff!
