I had the pleasure of working with Nick whom I believe is the store manager. He was very knowledgeable about products and services and he was a pleasure to work with. He also was very knowledgeable on how devices work, etc. he went out of his way to help me with my issues, and I am very appreciative of him for that. I will be back to work with him again!!!

This place is amazing and so are the people that work there!! Manager Nick took such good care of me that I felt like I was at my own home being helped by family! Switching from Verizon to here was the best decision I ever made, and the transition was smooth thanks to Tina, Sen and Hailey. Thank you to you all!

The Manager Steve was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Even though his site wasn’t the cause of my problem. He was very kind and gracious on helping with my resolution. Great leadership, well done Steve!!!

Worst experience ever waiting for a phone to come in that you spent $1700 on and another $1200 for another phone and almost $400 out-of-pocket. Got the first phone the first day and everything went very smooth even though it takes about three hours for some reason to purchase a phone, when the phone finally came in we got there before 6 PM and the store closes at 7 PM and told us to take the old phone and new phone Home to transfer everything over and set up the new service and it would be easy and no problem.They turned off the service of my old phone and I could not get my new phone activated for some reason it would not work and we were on the phone with customer service for hours trying to get it taken care of and they said that they could not help us over the phone that we had to try back in 24 hours to 48 hours and I work from my phone for a living so I had no way to receive calls or texts that night.Try again in the morning to contact customer service, and they told me once again that they could not help me over the phone that it was not working and we would have to wait another 48 hours! This is crazy!So then I had to wait until a local store by my work open at 10 PM and they ended up fixing the issue finally! Now by 12 PM, I finally have a phone with cell service!My wife had to leave work and go to an AT&T store by her to get hers fixed because her text messages stopped working and I had to take time from work for a couple hours to get mine fixed! I lost the opportunity to take customers that come into the store because I was not in my office so that cost me money and I also cannot receive calls or text all morning and that’s 100% how I earn my business is done over the phone. So how much money did I really lose in two days of my time and all the effort I had to put in?The new store said that when we picked up his phone, we should’ve had our cell service switched over to make sure everything was running smoothly before we left not because they were closing soon, but they weren’t closed yet. They just didn’t want to have to stay later than they needed to even know where there well then More than enough time!Hope I can get something done in return. We thought buying phones would be fun and easy, but it was not at all, and I never want to buy a new phone ever again!

Hailey was so amazing! I had upgraded my phone a couple weeks prior, and when I brought my old phone back to turn in, she helped me. Even though she wasn't my original salesperson, she took care of me like I was family. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and super helpful. She had a great attitude, and made trading in my phone an easy experience. She even went out of her way to make sure all of my apps were transferred, as well as my passwords. Thank you so much Hailey!

Hailey and Aaron helped me and the service was quick and efficient. They were very helpful and helped me set up my new phone and put the screen protector on the phone for me.

went in for a replacement screen cover, i have the warranty through att, bought the cover at an authorized dealer, this store will not replace the cover I purchased and told me i'd have settle the warranty with a 3rd party. pretty bad customer service to make a sale then not honor the warranty you we're promised

I lost my phone! Nick quickly helped me log in and locate it. But, then I was locked out and he got it opened right up for me. Everyone was very polite and willing to help! Thank you Nick!

At first, walking in. I had a modem that had burned out due to the ongoing power surges after a power outage. I was told that the store doesn't have replacements in the store. So needless to say I was a bit cranky. But Tina was very patient with me. And set me up an appointment to have a new fiber optic line run to the house. Was set to 2 days later. Service man Dave was on time. Kept me informed. And did a great job. ? Thank you.

Bri was super helpful! All of our questions and concerns regarding transferring information from one phone to another was answered, plus we were able to purchase a screen protector that she was able to put onto the phone too! We had a great experience!
