“We were in need of some tires for my daughter's Chevy truck.
Luckily the time of year. We caught a cyber Monday deal on some good tires that when quoted at another tire center would have been much more.
We opted for the tire protection and set the date. Today at 11:00 am.
Promptly arrived at 11 and checked in with the gentleman behind the counter very smooth. Handed off the keys was told a couple hours. No worries. Off we go isle by isle shopping at Walmart :)
Grabbed a small lunch at a place inside Walmart and headed back to the tire center about 30 minutes early to have a seat in the auto center waiting room. Just as I sat down. The truck message came across. Time to get your vehicle it is completed.
The tires look great.
What made this five star is on the way home one tire was loosing pressure. I quickly got home home. Unloaded groceries and let the dogs out and hurried back to the store. Went into the auto center. Explained what was happening. They immediately pulled it back. Checked a loose valve stem from releasing the air earlier. And fixed it. The lady who took me back explained what the small issue was and that they apologized and filled them all up and tightened each valge stem.
Hey, that small in comparison to what could have been an issue and they promptly took care of it. I was thrilled. Yah, it's an extra trip. But it's all good in the end and we are very happy.
From the first gentlemen. To this young lady. They all were a happy smile. A hand shake and a thank you in the end. We will be back !”
