“Someone sideswiped my new truck while it was parked. When I tell you Yolanda and The young man with the glasses, were very helpful knowledgeable professional. They did all the footwork. They put my mind at ease. The work they performed was amazing. The turn around time was equally amazing. The customer service was unparalleled. I recommend them to any and every one that I come across.”

“I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Kim at Taylor Auto Salvage for going above and beyond to take care of my aunt during a very emotional time. Picking up her car was so much more than just picking up a vehicle. It was her late husband’s car, and I knew how difficult and emotional this moment would be for her. Kim showed so much kindness, compassion, and understanding throughout the process. I also want to give a special shout-out to their tow truck driver, who was absolutely amazing. He showed such kindness and thoughtfulness by handing my aunt a key so she could keep it as a memory. That small gesture meant so much because this was not just a car to her; it was a connection to someone she loved and lost. It’s moments like these that remind us how much a little compassion can mean to someone who is hurting. Knowing my aunt was treated with such care, dignity, and respect means more to our family than words can express. Thank you, Kim, and thank you to the incredible tow truck driver for making a difficult day a little easier for my aunt. You both went above and beyond, and I will never forget the kindness you showed her. Taylor Auto Salvage is lucky to have people like you working there. I highly recommend them, not just for their service, but for the heart and compassion they show people during some of life’s hardest moments. ❤”

“If i could give this 1,000 stars I would. I bought A Sedici Strada 3 Animale Helmet yesterday and could not have had a better experience. Ben my salesman was extremely helpful, very patient with me and very knowledgeable about the products and how to use them as this was my first time buying a full face helmet. He broke everything down in full detail explaining how to put the helmet on take it off and also how to figure out your helmet size without measuring your head with measuring tape. What helmets to buy and everything else that a first time or long time rider needs to know. He also explained the RPM membership in full detail which helped me want to use it. I'm so excited to start wearing and using my new gear. Thank you again I highly recommend this store as well as all their other stores in this franchise.”

“Mike, Shannon and the whole team were amazing to work with ! I have a 1969 Z28 Restomod with a 6.2 LS3 that was having some performance issues that I wasn’t happy with. So I booked a session on the Dyno with Mike. In the same day, he discovered several problems that were quickly fixed and resolved. After several tweaks on the fuel/air ratio, we were also able to gain 50 HP to the wheel ! Car has never run better - thanks Mike !”

“This is one outstanding company with the highest integrity and customer service I have ever encountered. With a 2008 Corvette needing a satellite module, they sent me one and I bought 3 others from various companies. Only SMS stood behind their product and allowed me to return their module. It was not a faulty module, only the GM dealer tech was not knowledgable enough to make it compatable with my Vette. I solved the problem after spending hundreds on both modules and labor with a surplus never used module. Thanks to SMS for allowing me to return their module.”

“Highly recommended! An hour before close, I walk into this place with seven gooey, hand shredding, hydraulic lines from 1986. Jared and Kayden handed me back all of them, with brand new Color coded, zip tied lines, in about 20 minutes. Killer work fellas! Thanks for the support. Appreciate ya!”

“Very professional job, insurance recommended me to them when I got into an accident with my 2020 Buick encore. My whole front end was destroyed. It sat at Ronys for a week and a half and when I tell you I picked up the car and it was practically brand new. I loved it and customer service was excellent as well and easy to deal with. My go to shop from now and on for all my vehicles needs.”

“Spectacular service!!! I should have gotten her name ?♀️ (Saturday 7/11/26 5pm) but the red-haired associate was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! As a woman, attempting DIY car maintenance can be intimidating, even with helpful online guides to find the right parts for your vehicle. Last week, I misread the guide and bought the wrong wiper blades. There were employees available to help, but my pride got the best of me, and I was too embarrassed to ask the fellas. ? Today, this associate immediately put me at ease. She reassured me that mistakes happen, helped me select the correct blades, and even installed them while taking the time to explain the process so I could learn for next time. This kind of empathetic, knowledgeable service has earned AutoZone a lifelong loyal customer. She didn't just help me buy the right product—she built my confidence and my trust in the AutoZone brand. I'll be much more confident tackling my next maintenance project, knowing I can rely on your team's expertise when I need it. I can't recommend this location enough!”
