“If i could give this 1,000 stars I would. I bought A Sedici Strada 3 Animale Helmet yesterday and could not have had a better experience. Ben my salesman was extremely helpful, very patient with me and very knowledgeable about the products and how to use them as this was my first time buying a full face helmet. He broke everything down in full detail explaining how to put the helmet on take it off and also how to figure out your helmet size without measuring your head with measuring tape. What helmets to buy and everything else that a first time or long time rider needs to know. He also explained the RPM membership in full detail which helped me want to use it. I'm so excited to start wearing and using my new gear. Thank you again I highly recommend this store as well as all their other stores in this franchise.”

Prices were literally 'dirt Cheap'. Anywhere else, would have been 5 times higher. I would go back, and recommend if you have patience!”

“This is one outstanding company with the highest integrity and customer service I have ever encountered. With a 2008 Corvette needing a satellite module, they sent me one and I bought 3 others from various companies. Only SMS stood behind their product and allowed me to return their module. It was not a faulty module, only the GM dealer tech was not knowledgable enough to make it compatable with my Vette. I solved the problem after spending hundreds on both modules and labor with a surplus never used module. Thanks to SMS for allowing me to return their module.”

As a woman, attempting DIY car maintenance can be intimidating, even with helpful online guides to find the right parts for your vehicle. Last week, I misread the guide and bought the wrong wiper blades. There were employees available to help, but my pride got the best of me, and I was too embarrassed to ask the fellas. ?
Today, this associate immediately put me at ease. She reassured me that mistakes happen, helped me select the correct blades, and even installed them while taking the time to explain the process so I could learn for next time.

“We were in need of some tires for my daughter's Chevy truck.
Luckily the time of year. We caught a cyber Monday deal on some good tires that when quoted at another tire center would have been much more.
We opted for the tire protection and set the date. Today at 11:00 am.
Promptly arrived at 11 and checked in with the gentleman behind the counter very smooth. Handed off the keys was told a couple hours. No worries. Off we go isle by isle shopping at Walmart :)
Grabbed a small lunch at a place inside Walmart and headed back to the tire center about 30 minutes early to have a seat in the auto center waiting room. Just as I sat down. The truck message came across. Time to get your vehicle it is completed.
The tires look great.
What made this five star is on the way home one tire was loosing pressure. I quickly got home home. Unloaded groceries and let the dogs out and hurried back to the store. Went into the auto center. Explained what was happening. They immediately pulled it back. Checked a loose valve stem from releasing the air earlier. And fixed it. The lady who took me back explained what the small issue was and that they apologized and filled them all up and tightened each valge stem.
Hey, that small in comparison to what could have been an issue and they promptly took care of it. I was thrilled. Yah, it's an extra trip. But it's all good in the end and we are very happy.
From the first gentlemen. To this young lady. They all were a happy smile. A hand shake and a thank you in the end. We will be back !”
