“Went to O'Reilly to get wiper blades installed the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. While installing the wiper the store tech let the wiper snap down and hit the windshield. At first glance it looked fine, but on Friday after thanksgiving I noticed that the window was cracked right where the wiper arm hit the window.After following up with the store about the cracked window, they asked me to bring the vehicle in to look at it. Then they quickly set up a windshield replacement service to replace window. I was worried about them saying their tech did not do the damage but that never came up. They were very professional and worked quickly to get the problem resolved.I know sometimes things happen and it how you respond to those thing that define you, Well O'Reilly's stepped up and fixed my problem ASAP. I will not hesitate to go back to them for wiper bladed or anything else.Thanks for making things rightJoel Street”

“Adam C. gave me excellent service when replacing my battery and taillight in my Ford Focus. He came out in the cold to remove my stubborn, corroded battery and made sure to clean my terminals to prevent any further issues. He even walked me through as he did my taillight so I could see how it was done. And he was also taking care to monitor that other customers were being taken care of by another associate while helping me. It was an excellent experience and I would return for future maintenance! Adam did a wonderful job!”

“This is my new "Oil Change facility". I was a loyal patron of Sears automotive care center for years. When they no longer existed, I tried some local oil change facilities, I was not impressed. And within a 3mo. Period, my vehicle, was bone dry, NO OIL, and I had to have my engine replaced. I NOW DRIVE 20 + MILES to Walmart car care facilities, they are knowledgeable, they do excellent service, they do WHAT THEY'RE PAID TO DO. I LIKE THE TRACKING OF THE SERVICE, THROUGH TEXT MESSAGING. I AM THOUROUGHLY SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY PERFORMED/PROVIDED!”
