“Very friendly and low pressure customer service, I bought a 2018 manual Subaru Impreza from here, and when I first replied to the Facebook listing they were quick to offer photos of the damage pre-repair and provide me with more info. Mohamed was incredibly helpful with the sale, recommending financing options and explaining their process, he immediately offered me the keys to check the car out, and recommended I have a mechanic come out to verify the car was in good condition. Because of the broker model, they also had no incentive to upsell the car which made the transaction really easy, and were instead selling on the behalf of a repair shop.
There was one issue with the title transfer paperwork that prompted me to have to come back in, as well as some issues with the car, which is why I'm only leaving 4 stars (would leave 4.5 if possible), but I don't think it's the experience most people will have and I would definitely still shop here again
Regarding the car, it was detailed and in nice condition, they had the tank filled and got it washed for me. The only problems I've had were as follows, and fairly nitpicky:
- Rear control arm snapped shortly after the purchase, during the test drive this wasn't felt, I can't blame them/the shop they were working with, and it was an easy enough fix
- Left side mirror won't adjust out properly
- Very minor exterior damage
- One side fog light trim piece popped out
- Small bits of trim missing in interior, nothing really noticable
- Some interior part replacements that I don't believe were standard for this model, but this is super ambiguous”
“I’ve been here two times now, my car was making funny noises, not sounding good, both times they were completely honest and gave my car only what it needed ! I left both times with a better running car, plus they take very good care of their stop inside which is always a great sign of people who care. They have replaced my sway bars, and did a tune up/ oil change. They get a lot of business so make sure you call in advance! I will definitely be back but hopefully I won’t need to ?❤️ thanks guys!”
“This is one outstanding company with the highest integrity and customer service I have ever encountered. With a 2008 Corvette needing a satellite module, they sent me one and I bought 3 others from various companies. Only SMS stood behind their product and allowed me to return their module. It was not a faulty module, only the GM dealer tech was not knowledgable enough to make it compatable with my Vette. I solved the problem after spending hundreds on both modules and labor with a surplus never used module. Thanks to SMS for allowing me to return their module.”
“Couldn’t be more than happy with my exhaust system. Had multiple leaks from a previous place and had no back pressure at all and my truck was acting so rough. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for an exhaust or any repairs. They are a little pricey but they get the job done perfectly like I say your name is on it so do it amazing and they did. Will definitely be coming back for anything I need P.S DONT GO TO EXPRESS MUFFLER IN DETRIOIT THEY MADE MY EXHAUST HORRIBLE WITH MULTIPLE EXHUAST LEAKS. GO TO THE MUFFLER MAN THEY WILL GET YOU RIGHT!!!!?%”
