I went in just before 11:30am to quick grab a new drive nut for my grill. I asked where they were, and while he did show me, I tried to ask which specific one compared to my package. He simply walked off when I started talking and I sat there looking thru all of them and not finding the right one and he stood at the counter watching me so I walked out and went to Walmart instead and they were more helpful at the terrible walmart. Didn't hate it, but it was annoying, I only went to autozone because I thought it would be a better choice at finding a simple item for my car.

You are better off going to the Autozone down by Eureka. I called Sunday evening to see if they had a part in stock, I was told it was in one of the isles and I could come check and see. When I got there that night, the grey shirt on duty was too busy playing on his phone than to even acknowledge that I had walked in. I asked if they had a part after walking up and down the isles looking for myself and all he said was "No". I walked out and will not be back which is sad considering that used to be my go to place whenever I needed something.
The one down off Telegraph by Eureka has 10x better customer service and the employees don't act like I am a burden or my money isn't good enough.

Horrible customer service!! They have a false sign to check alternators but the machine been “broken” for exactly a year! The staff is also lazy and rude.

I went to AutoZone at 8:40 to get a left turn signal bulb. I asked the man helping me can someone put it in, he said No ride it is a courtesy l told him, I understand, but some1 has always help me, he said no it's a courtesy, very rude and nasty. I asked for Corporate $ he told me it was on the window walked me outside to show me, and said again it's a courtesy. I left went to O'Reilly's where a woman help me and put the build in. I went back to AutoZone to get his name and low and behold he was outside helping a white man, his eyes got big, we walked back in the store, I followed ask him what his name was he said Dennis, I said thought you said you couldn't no you couldn't help it was a courtesy he said nothing. It was Dennis deliver had he said, no we have nobody, it's cold outside not today, or it a courtesy and we have nobody I would've took that cause it's cold and I get it, he was rude. He need coaching on how to speak to someone and me as a black woman and returning seeing him helping a white man outside I felt some type of way, feeling he was racist 🤷🏾🤷🏾♀️👎🏾 Horrible experience 👎🏾

Bought a new battery for our 2014 minivan. Got a nice 3year warranty one. I just wish it would last as long as the original. 14 years. Lady at the store told me they don't carry that one. Lol.

I'm sitting in the parking lot now. I didn't want to forget to leave this review so I'm doing it right away. I've never been into an auto parts store like this one. I walked in and immediately both reps asked to help me (I needed it). Gave me recommendations and we're extremely transparent and honest. I walked outside to put on my wiper blade pulled out the directions and before I can unwrap the parts Dennis, the manager/owner maybe? Was walking out asking me if he could put it on for me. I said yes, he grabbed it and snapped it on faster than I could blink. THANK YOU DENNIS!

Just left your store a lil while ago and was helped an African American guy named Dale or Darrell. Was going to have to buy a whole new tire, cause the shops I called said they were not doing tire repairs today, just replacements. He help me save money by finding me the right products for the job to do it myself, walked me through with instructions and demonstration on how to use it until I was confident to buy and successfully use it. Really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and patience.
