Been buying parts here for years. Always get what I need at competitive prices. Never had an issue with a part. The warranties are very helpful if you keep up with them.

My coworker arrived at this location at around 8pm on 1/18/2025, needed a new battery. She explained to the gentleman working what she needed and asked if he would be able to install it for her. He told her no they are "done doing that for the night" and rudely dismissed her. He was cold and disrespectful to her. I am so disappointed because this is my go to location and I confidently suggested for her to go there. I will be going ( her too) to MOTOR CITY BATTERY COMPANY from now on. Your coworker lost a $100+ sale and a 20+ year loyal customer for your business. Do better. Be better.

Staff is super friendly, service oriented and helpful. My battery died and they swapped out a new one for me on site. My key fob died and instead of just selling me the battery, Teesha took it apart and replaced it for me. Also picked up some stocking stuffers for Christmas:) I highly recommend this AutoZone!

They have just about everything you need to fix your car. I walked in to find a part for my 22 year old truck and they had it right on the shelf.
What a time saver, great knowledgeable staff.

The black lady that work there is terrible I asked her can I do half cash and half card she said yes she rung me up on a register that only takes card so she had to call her manager and they manager had to call corporate to refund me I still didn’t get my refund it’s been 10 days not to mention I had to re purchase the part I needed and she also tried to lie to her manager and say I said I was just using card and all she do is be on her phone and when I came back up there a week later to see about my refund I was talking to a lady manager telling her the problem the same girl was being rude and cut the manager off while she was talking to me and asked her to help her with ringing a customer up terrible customer service.

100/10 Teesha S. Was phenomenal! I came in to get vent guards and the guy behind the counter said “they’re down that aisle and they’re universal so just find ones you like” I headed down the aisle and was extremely confused so I headed back to the register where Teesha reassured me that I wasn’t crazy and vent guards are not universal. She didn’t find the ones I needed in stock right that moment but she was able to order the correct ones. Not only that, the order came in a week early! And she instantly recognized me when I came in the store for pickup. She deserves the world and then some! Thanks Teesha girl
