Watched a t tech here talk a woman into getting the bell tire credit card for $3000 dollars in car repairs he told her she needed struts and shocks all the way around how does a car have struts and shocks on each tire

Bought tires here they won't fix my leak but they sure tried to sell me $3000 dollars in suspension repair that every other shop only want $1000 to do I'll be reporting them to corporate on Monday morning two weeks after taking my car with 1 year old tires I bought from them in my car is sitting on a flat they didn't even look at the damn tires

Ended up with a flat tire on my way to work and couldn’t get here till a half hour before close. After finding out I was an hour and a half from my destination, with no hesitation took me at the end of their shift & ensured I was able to get home safely. So very greatful for this team and their time!

They didn’t install my oil filter housing correctly. They didn’t torque it correctly to the engine block. They totally missed one of the bolts. Chryslers design for this engine is horrible anyway. It was a plastic part. Getting to it is not a fun thing. Lots of things were black tape and the injector clips. Well three were broken. I have to get a new harness now. Tire they did ok with them brakes not to much. They reinstalled and didn’t lube my caliper pins. One was completely frozen. I don’t think they checked.

I’m going to try being as fair as possible when writing this review. I understand mistakes happen, however I feel like I dodged a bullet when getting a second opinion. I came in today because I was hearing some concerning sounds while braking and reversing. They had checked it out and called me saying I had most likely installed the wrong rotors and possibly wheel bearings. The projected quote was going to be $580. This didn’t sound right at all to me, I went with my gut feeling and went to another mechanic around the block who specifically specialize in brake repairs. After looking at my vehicle they said the only issue was me missing a bolt in one caliber and the other had a beat up bolt. I’ll be paying around $50 for them to fix this.
Either A. These guys didn’t really look at my vehicle too much, or B. They were genuinely hoping to rip me off.
I don’t want to believe in B, but it’s not an impossibility. I’d recommend checking out reputable mom and pop mechanics if you yourself aren’t super knowledgeable about vehicles. I feel like these big chain stores are mainly out to just get a quick buck.

I was visiting from Nashville, Tennessee, and noticed my tire was losing air after I arrived in Michigan. I had to find someone quickly to check out my tire. Belle tire got me in right away and was able to look at it and repair my tire within 45 minutes with no charge! So thankful for their service and wonderful customer care! Definitely recommend this company for all your tire needs!

Always excellent service. Above and beyond with trying to get work completed for you when you need it.
I’ve been to many locations and they’re all excellent. Prices are as good as anywhere else you’ll get and you can always ask them to beat the price if you get a better somewhere else.
