When this club first opened, we thought it was great. Now, the spark is gone!! They have gone downhill...fast. They have in store coupons for items they do not have in stock. There have been quite a few times we went shopping for items that had a coupon only to find out they ran out. I truly believe that they do not order stock for coupon items just so the consumer cannot save on it. They used to carry our dog food and all of a sudden stopped selling it at the Taylor location. Very disappointed in this place. I went to the customer service desk to inquire about this issue and the guy at the counter could not have cared less. Even the associates there are not friendly anymore. The guy checking the receipts didn't acknowledge us in any way other than to hold his hand out for the receipt. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day....nothing. We will NOT be renewing our membership. SHAME ON YOU BJ's !

Lost our membership at the other wholesale club in our area so we decided to give BJs a whirl and haven't looked back since , there's a few favorites of ours there like the stuffed shells , or the dried mango packs by wellsley are delicious and some of our favorite snacks

Customer service sucks !! The prices are higher than Kroger or Meijers. So what is the big draw going to this store? NOTHING. Where can I get my refund?

I've been standing here over 30 min. I am only here to get a replacement card. I can't believe they only have 1 worker at the customer service desk. Me and another customer have been standing here over 30 min and we haven't even gotten a "we will be right with you" or a "sorry for the wait" . Nothing. Nada. Another reason why I prefer Costco over this place. Ridiculous.

don't order online for your contacts, they send out the wrong ones and then don't bother fixing the problem or refunding you!!

NEVER ORDER ONLINE.... I ordered a swing it cost $360 on May 11th. I called on May 31st to find out where my order was and they " lost" it. I requested a refund on May 31st they told me it would be 2 to 3 business days.... I called back after a week because I still didn't get my refund... they then tell me 7 to 14 more business days... is now June 21st and still no refund. I call to get there corporate number and no one wants to give it to you... I like the style but I will NEVER order online again.

They offer great deals. Then when you take advantage of the offer you never get it. Example spend $75 on certain items get a BJ's gift card or buy 4 items get a gas discounts. They try to figure out every excuse not to comply!! Very disappointed in their customer service!

Everything is fairly priced here. Some items are cheaper than Sam's, I have a membership to both but I prefer sams club for the food court. But I go to BJ's for the gas, the lines are usually better.
