The Boost store in Taylor has the best service. I was so fed up with Boost I was going to cancel my service and go elsewhere. Someone told me to try this store and I'm so glad I did. Rock was my salesman what a relief. No hype just an all around good guy. Took care of my problem in record time. This store is further than the other store I went to but it is worth it because of the service. Thank you Rock. I think I'll stay with Boost

I won't ever go back to Boost, but this location is the WORST. The guy who activated my phone charged me $35 but didn't even transfer anything from my old device, nor did he show me how. HE LIED and told me the device was MINE since I paid the device in full. Now customer service refuses to unlock it. He told me I could have a phone case for $10 and charged me $25, the. BROKE IT upon instillation. I didn't know it was broken until I went to take it off to clean my phone and the clips were broken. This was Boost mobiles second chance. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, PERIOD. The customer service doesn't care to make it right either.

Shady practice... They used to be a part of a group called My Wireless in Southfield, but apparently they went out of business. They sell bootleg products and slap on a bunch of fees and bundles to swindle customers. I also know a bunch of people that worked for that same group that were let go without pay!

The beautiful black man Rock who helped was beyond awesome. His mostly silent Vietmmamrrse companion was mostly silent and busy. I was in and put QUICK
AND VERY satisfied with my acquisition!
I went back a week later, confused as to why the time on my home screen never changed..Always the date and time I took possession.

At least he didn't call me a Frackin Idiot. I had somehow screen shot the first instant of the phones Birth. Then saved it as the Home screen
OMFG I'm an dolt at times.
He fixed it and sent me om my way happy
What I tried to do for a week, he accomplished in 15 sec.
Bless you Rockman, and all your ralations and dependents. Love these two Forever.

I had a phone suppose to be repaired from here yrs ago .the boy went through my phone and actually messaged people off my accounts 😂.I'll never forget that crazy behavior .not to long after their business caught fire.😂

Had a horrible experience at the Monroe store, went to Taylor for help and got all set up. Dalton spent time to get both of our phones set up. We truly appreciated his help and had a nice time while in the store.

Just bought a new phone from Rocky am amazing salesman really nice took his time and should me how to use my phone didn't rush me out, he wasn't there just to sell a phone he cares about his customers not to many of these kind of people going around....
