Generally good, except an individual (we didn't get a name or see a tag) blond, braids, hoodie and bad everything else, unhelpful, smirky and unless my wife and I are mistaken, an ageist attitude? People over 40 primarily drive the economy, love media surrounding fictional character's (after all gen x created almost ALL of them) and reserve the right to be ourselves. If you can't deal with the public all of the public, maybe a job less public?

I had such an amazing experience at BoxLunch thanks to Ashley and Bernadette! From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Ashley was super knowledgeable and made great recommendations, while Bernadette made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of the entire time. They both showed incredible patience, answered all my questions, and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect items. I left with exactly what I was looking for—and more! This kind of customer service is rare. Huge shoutout to Ashley and Bernadette for being absolutely outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them!

Manager Eric was very rude when I went to return something with my receipt and went to tell me that I need to make an account and he walked away i am a 13 year old and i was being respectful. But on the receipt it says that I do NOT need an account to return something as long as I had the receipt. And went to tell my friends sister to get out being disrespectful slamming the money on the counter. I do NOT reccomend going here and trying to return something.

Small selection compared to the Great Lakes Crossing and Twelve Oaks locations ?but the workers were friendly and they had some great candy especially loved the Mike & Ike taffy ?

Went here with my fiance and stepson, he picked up his Kirby Ramen bowl along with a Deadpool glass and two Kirby pins.Excellent place with excellent service. My only complaint? We desire more Kirby!
