This dealership is a great place to deal with. The people are friendly and patient. My wife and I went there twice (90 miles from our house). We looked at about 10 vehicles there before deciding on purchasing the one we got. They even put the vehicle on the hoist so I could look underneath myself. I'm not a mechanic or body shop guy but I do have a decent amount of knowledge. They never pressured. Never tried to bs me into anything. They provide all the pictures available of the vehicles before any of the bodywork was done. If you don't understand what you are looking at in those pictures, I think they would be good people to ask. Understand, they do not do the bodywork themselves but are a broker for body shops that do the repairs and then sell them on behalf of the body shops. The Buick that I just bought from them is my 2nd rebuilt title vehicle (I did not buy my first one from them). I do recommend going here if you have thought about buying a rebuilt title car. If you understand what a rebuilt title is, you can save a lot of money.

My 2023 Silverado was towed here after the 1st mechanic on East Warren dragged his feet and ultimately had no clue about the issue. It was towed to Brokers and Sellers without me knowing but as soon as I was able to get the # and call the Master Mechanic J was very helpful. This guy communicated with me every step he was taking while trying to figure out the complex issue of the truck just shutting off and not restarting. The problem still exists but we r 1 step closer to solving it.

Exceptional dealer! Great people. Really have to shout out Mechanic Jay. The guy is a class act. Not only does he do a great job in all his work, he is VERY responsive. Took my car in a few times, always tells me what's going on with the car, when he'll have it done, and delivers on his promises. He cares about his work, and his customers. You know that accomplished feeling you have when you complete a project? You can tell that's how he feels when he hands you the keys!

We bought a 21 Expedition Limited and we were on our way to Grand Rapids from Ohio, so we figured we would stop in to take a look since we were in the market. Very low pressure sales. Gave us the keys and said take what time you need on a test drive. We test drove two Expeditions and when we came back we had settled on the one we wanted to buy. Once the decision to buy was made and we settled on price it took about half an hour to get all the paperwork done and get on the road in our new SUV. We have now had the Expedition a month and put 2000 miles on it and everything works great on the car. We have had no issues and the car was everything as advertised. Whenever I am in the market for another vehicle I will be returning to brokers and sellers.

I was extremely satisfied with my purchase of a 21 Lincoln Nautilus. I communicated with them for over a month, while I shopped around with other options. Zein and his crew were fantastic to work with. He was open about some of the pro's and con's of his inventory, which he didn't have to do and I appreciated that. Very professional and honest. I had a 3 hr round trip to purchase the vehicle and I left with the car and a complete package of the documents within 1/2 hr.
