Manager refused to come up front to help a customer return items. So she held up the line for 35 mins. Then proceeds to have 2 of the 3 employees up front help the one customer with 30 returns and still nothing from the manager.

I like this place and the prices aren't that bad either. Just sucks to have to wait 30 minutes to check out because only one person came into work.

Great items and they're open late!! 10pm works for me. The only downsides are sometimes you need to pack a lunch for the lines and the bigger sizes in the big & tall section go too fast but 3x and down you're all good and can find anything for any occasion or for just sitting around the house.

Needs more reputable stores. Alot of open space that very expensive to lease u less you have a very large business. It would be nice to have better storefront retail stores and restaurants! The Southland area is expanding and this is a great location to wither allow the leases to be more obtainable to small business thatvwill.oromote growth or to large brand stores and restaurants that will surely drive business in the burlington square. Then evaluate if the businesses that are already established contribute or take up space....but in all honesty I do feel the property management company requires wayyy to much for dry land...
