Even though they are currently liquidating & going out of business, the ladies that were working the day that I came in were very respectful, customer friendly, customer focused & went above and beyond. I just wish that they weren't closing.

These two spoiled girls were really rude to me when I went to get my ears pierced. One had brown hair and glasses, while the other had black hair and several piercings, giving them an emo appearance. They appeared to be between the ages of 17 and 19. I informed them I wanted a stainless steel piercing for my first piercing, and they complained that I would come back and scold them for it being infected while I turned away. Second, they didn't think I was older than eighteen, let alone inquire. Thirdly, they are obviously unable to perform their duties since they are not skilled at properly piercing ears; the brown-haired girl's work was quite uneven. Overall, it was a negative experience; I wouldn't suggest returning.

Liv was a spectacular piercer. Made Luke and I feel super comfortable for our spur of the moment double ear piercing. She advised against nickel, but we did it anyway. It’s been about 36 hours, still no infection… yet.

I was last minute Christmas shopping for my Girls yesterday and I didn't no what to get them. I was greated as soon as I walked in by a young lady, I believe her name was Lilly. She was very helpful and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I asked her for Ideas. She walked me through the store showing me things my Girls might like. I appreciate her help and patients with me, you don't get that kind of customer service anymore. She was a delight and I will definitely shop there again.

I’d never recommend this location
Went in today after view prices online for piercing and kit for my baby girl
I saw it was a line so I browsed and waited while my husband held our baby
Was so excited bcus I even found us necklaces
The blonde girl blue eyes kinda fat (description from another review lol) greeted me after 6 mins of me browsing “Hi what brings y’all in today?” I respond “I’m here for a piercing for the baby” her tone drops and she rudely says “well you can go to the register bcus she (Alyssa) is the only one who does them” I respond “yes I know”
I finally go to the register Alyssa automatically offers the $80 earring lol
I’m like I was just on the site and for silver with stone it was $40 and for real 14k white gold with stone started at $50/$60
She then shows me the basic all over silver earrings
Long story short I didn’t even want them touching my child with that rude nasty energy
Went to a tattoo shop spent $60 and was highly satisfied with the cleanliness patience and better piercing….less trauma on her ears

shellie is the best employee I have ever met in my life. she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied. she was so persistent in helping me and I appreciate her and her help so so much. I even asked if I could give her a tip because I was so grateful. I wish everyone could be as nice and as helpful as her!! thank you shellie!! <3

The staff was very professional. My Daughter was so nervous that they had to pierce both ears at the same time. Thankfully the 2 Employees were receptive & let my daughter know it was normal. They did a great job piercing, explaining everything, we walked out happy. Many thanks to the staff at Claire's in Southland Mall. Eureka rd. in Taylor ??

I went there with my dad.I waited 45 minuts to get my earring. And when it was my turn she didn’t believe I’m 17, saying that I look 18 and being so rude with us. My dad told her i’m 17 and showed her his driving licence and ID and she said NO. She was blonde with glases, blue eyes and a lil bit fat. I won’t reccomend to go there if she’s working because how rude she is with the costumers.
