Who ever owns this place is very horrible at business and no true professional. The buffers scratched my charger all over my car. I showed the manager he had me run through n confirmed. He gave me the owners number, I’ve left him numerous voice messages. He won’t respond smh 🤦 I have to get a lawyer to resolve this issue when all he had to do was talk to me .

Was told by an employee that you have to ask to get your vehicle sprayed off. Next visit asked for a spray off and was told it’s out of season. But sir it’s 50 degrees out here right now and it’s bird poop on my windshield. Went thru the wash and it was another half ass wash. Don’t go here if you’re looking to get a good wash

My mercedes had a good layer of dirt on the paint from going to the ren fair last weekend. Says satisfaction guaranteed or free rewash. So I drove my Mercedes through, they did not power spray it before it went through, so when I got out there was still alot of dirt. I used their microfiber towels to wipe that up myself but my windshield was still very dirty. So I went through for the rewash pointing out my dirty windshield. They scrubbed the windshield a little bit with the brush before I went through, even though they are supposed to do that and the grill and stuff anyway but didn't, and the second time through my windshield is still dirty. 100% sure its on the outside and not the inside, I even cleaned it from the inside myself before I went through the wash. Paid $13 for what? Would not recommend.

I went on Friday Sep 12 2025, and the person who help with the screen when you don't have a membership, stole a 20 dl bill from me, he acted like a gave him a 10 dl bill instead of 20, when I clearly give him a 20, I tried to call the number on the receipt but they didn't answer also sent a text msg. Still didn't receive any answer.

I have to drive through a couple of times just to get a good wash. Also I have to ask for them to scrub my back window on my jeep. The brushes in the car wash don't get the back very good at all. My spare tire is always dirty. I think I'm going to cancel my membership.
Bring back the dash wipes like you had before covid came through and ruined everything!!!

The car wash is good, however, the free vacuums are always full of loud music, and louder people. Stopped going completely now.

Had a problem with the car wash taking off a part spoke with Rabih and he went above and beyond to help me you need 100 more of you and give him a raise and will recommend everyone to come to clearwave.
