Called to make an appointment as was told this was the only Comerica that DOESN’T allow appointments.
I was told I’d have to just show up and wait around hoping someone had time to help me. I’m very busy, and so I called the next Comerica and of course they were able to make the appointment.
Not sure why THIS Comerica couldn’t do the same thing.

I have been banking with Comerica for about 15 years and have never had any problems. Would recommend this bank to anyone.

I Had A Scary Situation with phone Scam ..needed Help , the (Relationship Banker) Ms Ewa Csizmadia Was a God Send she walked me through cancelling debit card / getting new one showed me that Comerica gives you discount on life lock credit protection.She also assisted with locking / unlocking My mobile banking APP.Cant Say enough Nice things about her and how helpful she was.

Horrible experience. Asking an everyday general question and it cant be answered. Then the FAT UNHEALTHY lady at the 2nd desk behind FATIMA had the nerve to get smart because she wasn’t knowledgeable about a general banking question

I make night deposits everyday. You have homeless people living on the property. Every night im in fear. Please can you make sure there isnt people in the parking lot.

Mindless employees like Jenny at this branch who says the computer runs the entire company make me sick. Telling me I got “Lucky” that fees weren’t charged to my account previously when depositing after 5pm. They do what they want here and take money from your account to push overdraft protection on you. What kind of bank bases their fees on luck? You would be better off banking at MGM

I have to give them a 3 star review mostly based on the manager. She was not the most polite or helpful woman. Maybe she was having a bad day, but having read the other reviews it seems that she may have a history of not great service.Thankfully we were transferred over to Megan who was the absolute BEST. Professional, polite, courteous, understanding, personable and supremely helpful and intelligent.The bank tellers are wonderful, also, I have been going there for decades (though have been out of state for 10 plus years) But anyway HUGE shout out to Megan, she is beyond wonderful and deserves a promotion!!

They closed at 1 on Saturday, I got there @ 12:55 and pulled right up to the speaker. The capsule wasn't in the tube so I pressed the call button, and waited. I saw workers in the bank and they were just looking at me. I paintently waited to be served, and then a few minutes later @ 1:01 they come to the speaker and say" sorry we closed at 1:00, you're welcome to use our atm machine" I say "I don't have an atm card or else I would've been there in the first place, I've been waiting in line for 5 mins, before u were closed." They say "sorry we closed at 1:00" .

My husband and I have been here a few times.
Each times has been worse than the last. I would give negative stars if it were possible, they do not even deserve one star.
We only go here is way more convenient because the staff including managers is extremely unfriendly, will ignore you, will get an attitude for no reason, roll there eyes, huffy and puff at you, even insult you, and very unprofessional.
This last time for no reason other then asking a question about our account. In which they told me we can not talk to you. We have to talk to you husband about the account. (Which mind you has never been the case before at any location and this is our account with our hard earned money) which they continued to tell me it was non of my business and insult my marriage and to have a nice day.
I was texting my husband who called up there to see if they can talk to him over the phone cus her works and can not miss work to come in. The banker lady met him hostility, talking over him not letting him talk interrupting him. Then he said excuse me I was still talking. She said I'm not dealing with this and hung up on him for no reason.
I then asked if this is the policy can I please see were that is written. The banker lady got very rude and said no and said you need to leave or I am calling the cops. I then asked for what? Is it unlawful for me to ask you questions about your services and policy when this is our account and I am on it and this is our hard earned money is it not?
She then stated I'm not dealing with this and walked back over to her cude and called the cops on my baby and I.
The manager then came over with a smirk on his face the entire time he was speaking to me while rolling his eyes, and kinda laugh talking to me. He said sorry that you do not understand the policy. I said I understand what I am being told. I am asking that if that is policy then can I please see where that is written in the policy? (Which I have read Comericas policies.) He said no, I don't have to show you anything. You need to leave.
Please keep in mind I was not yelling, cursing, name calling, or unruly in any way. I went into this location to get help with a problem with our account and was met with hostility, rudeness, and unprofessionalism.
This branch does not care about clients or helping them, or know how to be compassionat when their clients are having a problem with their account.. The seem to get some kind of sick pleasure out of being rude to clients for no reason. The staff here goes against what Comerica says their bank is about helping their clients.
Corporate Comerica should really consider cleaning up the rude staff and managers from this location. After having this experience we will be closing this account permanently. This was completely uncalled for our issue is still unresolved. This is not the first problem we have had with the rude staff and managers at this taylor location. I have been in customer service for over 10 years. It is completely inappropriate for a client service person/banker/managers to talk to anyone let alone one of their clients in this manner or worse laugh at them and be rude and insulting.
If you read these other reviews you will see that they are rude for no reason and are unprofessional. The funny thing about the positive reviews is that they appear to be first names of staff members at this location.
If you have to stay with Comerica Then you should visit the Romulus or Woodhaven Branches. At least the staff there and friendly and compassionate.
