Jeff was very helpful and patient with me. I really appreciate him taking the time to assist me as it was my first time renting a storage unit and I had many questions and concerns. He took great care of me! Good customer service and kindness goes a long way! Definitely check them out if you are in the need of storage! :-)

I had posted about the issues i was having with them but recieved a call from the district manager who took care of the issues i was having with them. I may never get the stolen items back but he was super friendly. Thank you for going above and beyond calling customers to ensure issues are quickly resolved!
