I honestly don’t feel like they deserve a one star. I just wanna start off by saying this is the customer service I think I have received in a very long time when it comes to professionalism whoever you have running This establishment I believe she may be the Manager I don’t remember her last .but I remember her first name being Doreen let’s just start off by saying y’all need to make her take a class or two on customer service. And I’m not really going to take it further from that. I myself a management and I just don’t believe it is right to talk to people and act towards people the way she does

signed my 2 boys up for their kids account that all i needed to do was add 5$ to start it. over all they have had over 50$ each and the bank closed them with out telling me and never sent me a check of their money.so now, im sitting here waiting to be seen by a banker for them to explain where my kids money is!
