I bought a strawberry and cream bar and it was just really not satisfying whatsoever so I asked the manager to exchange it for a cheaper bar the dark chocolate big and she said since I opened it, they can’t exchange it. I said well you could’ve threw it away anyways customer satisfaction I mean it’s like whatever Totally totally totally disappointed on the first time coming here.

Kayla was super helpful tonight. She patiently and confidently helped my very indecisive boyfriend pick out a pair of shoes tonight. She offered him many options and styles to check out, in different price ranges. He ended up deciding on a pair of Adidas Boosts. I don't think he would have been able to pick a pair if it wasn't for your help! :)

Great service! Got a club regrouped and he did it for me immediately. Then came to find me in the store to say it was finished!

The young female employee organizing clothing on the floor was very disrespectful and racist, she kept staring at me and following me around the store yet didn’t ask to assist me. When I asked her if this location carried a product, she rudely said “No” and walked away to assist a different customer. I ended up finding the product I was looking for a couple minutes later! Had I been a white woman, I don’t believe i’d have been treated like that. Absolutely ridiculous! I don’t plan on ever returning to this location.

Called and talked to Grace about needing to exchange my sons football cleats. She was very kind and answered all my questions. Came in store, exchanged them, and was out the door in less than 10min. Customer service there is amazing.

Golf guy is horrible went in to buy a new set of clubs and was told I couldn’t try them out even though I called up there and was told I could that they had a demo head I’ll take my money else where
