Discount tire told me I needed all new rims and tires. I’m convinced they didn’t even take the tires off the car. I went to Martin’s Tire & Sales where they found the leak was coming from my valve stems and there was a screw in one of them!
Discount tire saw an opportunity to take advantage of someone and tried to take it, thankfully I got a second opinion.

Very quick winter tire swap, employee was at my car before I’d even turned it off, getting the ball rolling. Everyone was friendly and I watched them help a customer out who was in a bad financial situation. Cheaper than other places per tire.

Highly recommend Discount Tire in Taylor. The customer service here is amazing, same day appointment made by Noah and the fact that the manager Brian interacts with everyone. Love the glass window that allows you to look as they service your car. Travis did a fantastic job on my tires. ❤️

I came to discount tire on Monday, in the morning. Seeking tires for my vehicle. The male that helped came across as nice. We go back to the counter and he asked me what tire I wanted and I replied with the cheapest. He then said, figures. I asked him if he said that and he tried to back track. That was the rudest customer service ever. For two tires at the cheapest rate was still (rounding up) near 300 dollars.
I left and spent my money elsewhere. Thank your employee, Discount Tire.

Customer service was great. I walked in with two options of new rims to purchase and they helped me pick the best choice. They were able to fit the install in quick, making my stay from walking in to driving out less then an hour. The fit was perfect and the new rims look great. I highly recommend this location, they did awesome.

Well let's see. I checked in at 1030am and did not get my car back until after 4 pm. The only thing they were doing g was putting two new tires on the front
Sad sad sad nobody should have to sit there that long. I know they were busy but dam that was a he'll of a wait time

This location’s management needs to adjust how many appointments they accept or turn away walk ins because what’s the point of an appointment if you still need to wait THREE hours until it’s done?? The job took 20 mins once they started.

Best tire shop I ever been to. I brung my truck here after belle tire couldn’t get a seized lug off my rim and tried charging me extra. I showed Jim which lug was causing me problems, and he got that same lug off under a minute (literally). Him and his whole staff was extremely nice and helpful. You guys just earned a life long customer.
