I visited Elixir to inquire about transferring from a big chain pharmacy. I was greeted by Rameses the Pharmacist. He made my feel welcome from the start and ensured me he can take care of my Pharmaceutical needs. He put my information in and right away talk to me about my best course of action for a medication I was paying through the roof for. I appreciated the way he made me feel important and didn't rush. When it came time to get my medications Rameses let me know right away that he had the prescriptions and gave me real time when they would be ready. Also, any medications that were not in stock Rameses gave me accurate information as to when he would receive them. Rameses took care of me like I was family. From my first visit I rushed home to tell my husband and he made the switch (being fed up with the run around) from the chain pharmacies. I can't say enough about his customer care service. You walk away like you were treated with dignity and respect. Love Elixir, wish I had switched sooner.

I switched from the 24-hour Walgreens in Dearborn Heights to Elixir Pharmacy for several reasons, but the two main ones were that Walgreens never answered their phone and was always out of stock on my two medications. Since switching to Elixir Pharmacy, my experience has been amazing—I haven’t had a single issue. Plus, the pharmacy is located inside my doctor’s office (Primary Care Center, the best doctor’s office ever), making it very convenient. I’m pretty sure they offer delivery as well. If you’re unhappy with your current pharmacy, I highly recommend switching to Elixir Pharmacy!

I’ll never be able to speak highly enough of Ramsey and Kay. They 100% go way above and beyond any expectations I could have imagined. They make my life just slightly easier for me instead on harder which is what I truly believe CVS and Walgreens do. Keep up the amazing work guys ! :)
