Update:
I want to highlight the recent work done in my apartment. Tony is outstanding!! super professional, very friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. Paul was very professional, extremely clean, and worked in my apartment as if it were his own home. The results turned out perfect I really appreciate the effort and pride they put into the work
Overall, my experience with this apartment complex has been positive. The management is responsive, the amenities are great, and the community is well-maintained.
I had the pleasure of working with Diamond Anderson, the Assistant Property Manager at Fairlane, and I couldn’t be more impressed! She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The community itself is wonderful—everything is well-maintained, and the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. I’m truly enjoying my experience here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living environment. Diamond’s exceptional service is the cherry on top!

I want to say that my experience with Ms Tammy in the office at Fairlane Apartments Taylor Mi, has been nothing less than great. She is an expert at what she do, has always treated me with kindness and helped me work through situations that may have caused me a lil stress. Fairlane apartments there grounds are well maintained and clean always. Maintenance always gets everything done in a timely manner and does a great job. Tammy the manager is very helpful and is very professional.

Diamond the manager is very misleading, and has very poor communication. It’s crazy the difference in service when your owed money vs paying money.

Fairlane apartments is a great place to live very peaceful great neighbors and the management team Tammy and diamond as well as the maintenance team Tony they are a great team that gets the job done anytime I call and ask for anything they get right on it to make sure that whatever need to be done gets done never had a problem one time since I lived here I have stayed here for 5 years plus Fairlane team keep up the good work.

A horrible place to live. Do not move here unless you wanna just throw your money away. Fairlane Apartments do not respect or appreciate their tenants. The apartments are extremely high for the below-average condition that they're in. The people in the leasing office was not upfront and transparent about the hidden and misleading fees. Fairlane Apartments will raise your rent every year by $45-$60. If you do decide to move to Fairlane Apartments, please check your apartment thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly. When I moved in: the paint job was horrible, the bathtub was faded, the vanity was all broken up, the dish washer reeked of foul oders, the wall behind the stove wasn't painted ( I guess they didn't think we would ever pull our stove away from the wall in order to clean ), the closet doors were off the hinges, no safety hand rails in the shower ( my significant other slipped and fell and hit her head on the side of the toilet, she had to be rushed to the hospital.) And Fairlane Apartments didn't even care, I had to go buy some suction-cup handles from Home Depot. I've never, ever been late with my rent, and they still don't appreciate me as a tenant. Fairlane Apartments have a high turnover rate because of the extremely high rent; every other month you see people's belongings out on the lawn for anybody to pick through. I regret that I ever moved here.
