This FedEx has exceptional customer service. I am deaf and shakey, and Chanel and Nicole lead me through the passport renewal process with complete patience. I am grateful. FedEx is lucky to have awesome people like this.

I had an item to send back and had the return code on my phone. Walked in and was greeted by the nicest young woman, I appreciate that!! Store was clean and organized. Waited 5 min, customer ahead of me was just checking out. Item was packed in a very sturdy box with plenty of packing paper. Woman scanned return code and gave me a receipt. Easy In and Easy Out, so darn quick. This location closes at 6:00, not 8:00 as stated on my phone. Debbie

I have been using this location for some time and have always had good service, but today was different and I needed to share about it. I had been dealing tax crap ALL day and needed to get something faxed. I arrived there (store 0469)at about 4:30pm. Misha, Pallas, and Charnal were all incredibly helpful and so patient! They continued to help customers as they came in and those who needed to check while taking turns helping me figure everything out. I felt it warranted a review for them because these ladies were handling it all like a well working machine! Very impressed and because of the service today, I will continue to take my business here. AMAZING JOB ladies!

I have been using this location since it was Kinkos!! The service is friendly and helpful! Peak shipping hours can have a wait to speak with a CSR, once you do it's worth it, they are very knowledgeable!! The services offered by FedEx keep expanding with businesses needs and are innovative. When you have a moment and would like to know what services they offer beyond shipping and printing, the inquiry is worth it!

Organized place with a nice and helpful staff.
I don't care for the self service printers. I miss just emailing then they print it for you. I need to log in for every new print.
