Got a loan check from my retirement account in the mail yesterday. Deposited by Mobile long before time for next day available funds. Wake up this morning to check account balance don’t see the funds. Contact the online Customer Service through the app, they say a hold was placed on the funds and can’t be removed. I said if you check my account, I’m a disabled Veteran who works for the federal government and this was a loan check from my retirement account and I needed the funds now. They said no matter what hold couldn’t be removed, and I just had to wait for them to release MY funds. When I said I will close my account, and find a new lender for my VA Home Loan. Online Rep said No you won’t, and it doesn’t matter if we lose a customer.

What a joke this place is. Awful customer service. Made an appointment for the following day. After waiting for someone to greet us, we finally went to the teller line to ask about our appointment. Everyone was confused and had no clue an appointment was made. Terrible.

Terrible service here. I have to come here for change orders for my job. No matter how much advance time I call in my order it’s never ready and never as I asked. I’ve always picked up my singles in bundles of 50 expect for one employee there, if Ethan is working he refuses to do it. Ever.

It doesn’t matter the time I come, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Inside or outside. One lane open outside, only. Ever. I hate that my company does business with them. It’s excruciating waiting for them. Terrible. Always nice tellers.

I love this bank..Jessica is so nice and sweet she just randomly calls to make sure we are happy with the bank and if we need any help with anything..The tellers are very nice and friendly love this bank..so glad I switched

Unfriendly teller. The guy with the glasses does not say hi everytime I come. Its so unfortunate that I have to come this way. Im always trying to avoid this branch as much as I could. But I just have to sometimes.

I've been with fifth third for 8 to 10 years now. I can't say enough on how wonderful the people there are. They're friendly, helpful, courteous and I've never had to wait to talk to a representative. Always a smile on all their faces. Thank you Fifth Third for you friendliness and great service.

This place is ridiculous, went in to get a dollar worth of pennies and could not buy a dollar in pennies because I did not have an account. I will never open an account. And everybody I know will not open an account here. I'm surprised they are still in business. If I could give a negative or zero Stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous

I'm not sure what happened with this company but the past 2 years they have done a total 180. Customer service at the Taylor branch is like going into the Secretary of State and getting stuck with the angry old lady behind the counter. The bank tellers are rude and really don't care about any issues that you're having because they make you feel like you're bothering them by asking questions. Fifth third has gone downhill the past two years

My husband and I received a check with both names on it and both signed and deposited it into the atm but kept wondering why the check wasn't showing and its been 4 days now no one called my husband to inform him they could not accept the check, he have a full relationship with this bank and money in his account and we have deposited checks with both names on the checks before 3 to 4 other times and every thing was deposited with no problem and now it's a problem. So only because we called to find out that they are mailing the check back to us. If there is a relationship with this institution, why not call the customer first before mailing it or check the account to see that they have cleared checks before with both names on it.

I had called early this morning to try to get my account back opened up. I was told had to see an bank teller so arrived at the bank at 9:25 this morning and was sitting there for a bout and hour and half or longer waiting. There was an couple that had appointments at 10 am but they didn’t come until around like 9:55am. When came to be my turn the bank teller Anthony Thomas did absolutely nothing but asked for my ID and then handed me a card with a number to call. To remind you I’ve been going to this bank on @ 9691 Telegraph Road for awhile in Taylor Mi 48180. I most definitely will not be returning to this location. Especially since the person that always took care of me which was Kenna. Other then that I never had any problems until today. It was an inconvenience for me.
