Asia, Victor, Brian, and Jasmine made my visit really fun! Asia was kind enough to hold my shoes since it was only one pair of them left. Everyone had a great personality, and was extremely helpful! This is the type of environment every business should strive to have! I highly recommend this establishment!

It does not have a good return policy or guarantees. They should if you're buying $250 shoes. It was our last purchase there.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in.. 3 different people asked me if I needed help & all of them tried to help me find shoes for my super chunky footed son lol.. my only issue was that I couldn't find anything in my size...& it's right near bestbuy if you're not sure where to park..

Staff not very helpful. Creating more chaos during sneaker release. Witnessed a man and his son being harassed for picking up their Jordan release together and had the same name. After being ganged up on by the associates and hassled, they just both just said screw it and walked out. Selling shoes in one thing but theres no need to be the shoe police!! Don’t know if it’s bad management or associates

The staff are not helpful. They do not ask you if you need a size ?what are you shopping for today? They stand there like they are guards and it’s very uncomfortable. This is not ok! Being a manager of a retail store myself, I was really shocked. This is not the store I would ever shop at again. I went to Foot locker greeted as soon as I came in. I was actually acknowledged and personally I am not spending money at any establishment where I feel like I can’t even be helped. Finish line needs to rehire and read thoroughly through resumes on who has worked customer service and they need to really hire a more friendlier team.
