Was told by an associate, after I purchased a clearance item, that it was all 70% off. So I decided to go back and browse some more and found few items. This took me a while just because I wanted to take advantage of the sale. As I go to the register I met with who I assume is one of their assistant managers. I noticed not all items are coming up with the extra 70% off as I was told and despite the signs everywhere in the plus size section. I questioned and asked her why and she said because some item are 70% off and others are not. So she explaining that is because they aren’t marked and they were which I pointed out. She then says oh well they’re not the same so then I ask her to point out the difference between tags because she’s clearly confused herself. She struggles to find an answer and proceeds to say, “imma be upfront with you, we didn’t sort y’all’s stuff”. She meant yall as plus size women, which I thought was rude the way she worded it and said it. I then tell her it’s annoying because how is it that I am told it’s all 70% off by an ASSOCIATE who is register right over that range me up a few minutes ago and there is signs everywhere talking about the sale. I ask if she can honor it since it’s their responsibility to not misinform customers of sales and putting up signs when they can’t even organize their inventory. She is very rude and proceeds to say the gm can help me. He comes up very defensive right off the bat I tell him I’m struggling to see how I’m not getting the 70 % despite being told and what not. He says well this is a she said he said. Didn’t ask me who or when. Then I tell him that why is it they have all this signage up and they’re all marked off with a red line, which he said was needed for the extra 70% off, I’m still not getting the percentage off. I tell him it’s not my fault they don’t organize and sort their items before sales. The sale section was very messy and was hard to tell what is what but the items I chose all had red lines. He refused to honor it. I spent so much time there and the managers were all very rude and had nasty attitudes. Poor management and such unorganized and incompetent staff who are not even well informed about their own promotions . Bunch of 40 somethings who are miserable and lazy with their JOB.

I called up to the store today, checking in on an online order, to make sure it was still there. I was late at picking it up due to an unforseen surgical procedure. I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. I'm posting this review because I don't believe great sales associates, such as Fernanda, get enough recognition. Let's face it, customers can be very rude, so positive employee morale makes a difference! I work for an employer where we've ranked #1 in customer service satisfaction for many years now. I definitely appreciate great customer service! Thanks again Fernanda!

Long lines and only 1 person working the register. You would think at the Holidays they would pull people of the floore to have better customer service.

Had a great experience at the Taylor forever21 store. Store manager Jeanette was very helpful and was super pleasant with a positive attitude. The store was so organized and neat and made it easy to shop and look around. Haven’t seen a store like that in a long time. Keep up the good work !!

Terrible didn’t ring my hoodie up and put it in the bag so when I left to try on my hoodie it had a thing on it so when I tried to get them to take the thing off they said the girl didn’t ring it up and they have to take the hoodie like it’s my fault never shopping there again
