Do NOT grade through here. Noone knows what's going on and zero communication from the staff. Submitted almost 30 days ago and still have yet to receive any sort of outgoing tracking. Management does not return calls, (if anyone answers the phone in the first place). It is taking far too much of my resources to track my property down..

Pro sales tip: don’t assume people’s budgets. Not only is it highly offensive, but you incorrectly assumed I wanted a used console as soon as I walked in the door.
Potential customers trading in a console - don’t forget your hdmi cord, they won’t take it without one. Didn’t see that mentioned on the website but apparently it’s a new company policy. Not the salesman’s fault, but irritating to find out once I had already spent the time formatting the console and making the drive in. Decided just to keep the console and buy the majority of what I wanted elsewhere.

Slow af today! Most places that have a long line use common sense and move shit along quickly, try putting your calls on hold next time and take care of your customers that are already there. Nobody has time for that crap, so I just went to Walmart to get a PS5 instead.
