Devin is Amazing. His customer service was 💯% on point. I stopped in to get Black ops 6. It was very helpful not just finding the game but also giving me options for other items as well...

Very rude customer service the young girl aka the manager was very rude and judgemental, go to Walmart or just shop on Amazon. It’s not the worth the hassle from these low low paying jobs

Didn't have an older game I was looking for in any of the locations, so I had to get it from Amazon, but game stop is still one of our favorite gamming stores that are still available to find game's to play cheep A+

Horrible customer service. They have things marked down that are apparently not marked down now from back in July and act like you're dumb when you don't see the tiny date on the sticker. ITS JANUARY like remove the sticker that's not my responsibility. They just scanned it at full price (which wasn't on the box cause it was covered by the sticker) and expected me to buy it. Nah I'm good.

Do they ever answer the phone? No. Will their trade system be up and working? Probably not (or at least they claim it's down) .. Either way, Just save yourself the headache and go to a different location 🙄

Went in to preorder a game for ps5 about 2 weeks ago. Noticed on the receipt they did it for the ps4 version (simple mistake). I was told they preordered the ps4 version due to the ps5 version not showing up in the system. I was told to call every few days or so to get it switched over when it became available. I called about every 2-3 days and was told the same story. Not in our systems. I called today and was told that I couldn’t preorder the ps5 version becuase the preorders were closed for that game becuase there would be no way it would get to the store in time for release. I explained to them what I was told over the last few weeks and I was told that it never happend. I talked with the DM who tried to help which I appreciate said he could try and get one sent but there is no guarantees. I wanted that version becuase of the cover art for a collectible reason and the bonuses. So unfortunately I had to cancel my ps4 preorder completely and bought it digitally so I could still get the preorder bonuses at least.

Unfortunately, I am complaining about the customer support and not the store. I have yet to have my issue removed and I was hung up on by a representative once I asked for a manager. I have went in the store and they directed me to call, I call and they tell me to come in. I just want to be able to have my issue resolved! Simple!Very unprofessional, unacceptable, disheartening and disappointed in GameStop not fixing my issue.
