Went in to store knowing what we wanted. Was met at door by Kevin, great salesman. He knew the exact product we showed him picture of. Decided on a different chair. Kevin was awesome, not a pushy salesman, walked us through the purchase, same day delivery on a Sunday. We did go in pre-approved which also made the process go much smoother and faster.

From the entrance, a lady with a very bad mood met us at the door, then thank God she let someone else with more experience and knowledge help usHe was greatJason,But the fact that on check out, I come from abroad and I don’t have an American ID but I do have all the IDs that a person might ask for to know that the credit card is mine and they told me if you have your original booklet passport it will workI told them okAnd then Jason told me that another person will wait for me to help me when I come backI went and immediately got the passport and came backBut unfortunately there stupid system did not identify my passport which I used to enter the country ???And they said bring cashI said what a way of treatmentThey want cash in an era that cashless is neededAnd if they don’t take tap I have different cardsBut they still did not identify any kind of IDI needed to buy the things as a gift to a friend that lives in the cityThey are very weird in treating peopleI saw couple of People leaving the place in happyOne had an accident in their furniture and they said we delivered to your door and maybe you scratched it while letting it inInstead of telling people don’t get the cover if you are not buying the delivery to inside the houseThe place is a fraudFrom the fact that they want cashWould make sure to inform all the people I know about this place and not to come here

As always greeted at the door. Gentlemen named jet asked what we were interested in and right away took us to the area of interest. Very knowledgeable on product we were looking for. Very patient on letting us explore the store and we liked that. Some people can be pushy. Overall experience was a 10 if it were a scale of 1-10. Great job jet and we will be recommending this store to friends and family. Thank you

My sales consultant Troy was very pleasant to work with . I enjoyed my shopping experience there with him. Garner White has pretty nice furniture. With Troy It was pretty easy to make my selection. My sales representative was very sweet. However, they advertise that same day delivery, but my dresser will not be in till February. They also advertise free delivery. The free delivery is to your door ONLY! Then there is an additional $170 charge (for which they call white glove service) to bring it inside your home and put it in your room. As a senior, I definitely can’t afford an extra $170 so I have to have two dressers dropped off at my front door and remove the packages myself and bring them in to my house by myself without any help I have no one to help me, so that’s really nice. Therefore, my rating is very low. What they advertise on TV it’s NOT what you get! Honestly, I never write a negative review.But I speak the truth. I’ve waited 2yrs almost to be able to get some dressers I liked.

Kristie was a great Sales Rep. She gave me space to look around and checked on me to give me pricing to help me make my final decision. The manager Martin was informative and accommodating. I had a very satisfying experience and will return again!

Lots of options, but they said they had free weekend delivery then changed it on me. Expensive delivery fee, and the sofa I ordered was off-gassing so many fumes that it was giving me headaches and an allergic reaction, so I had to return it. I was out $500 by the end of this. Salesman was nice, but also disappeared when he made the sale and someone else ushered me out, which felt weird

After two years of owning a bedroom set, living room set and dining room set, not one thing has held up. Each item has a defect that ruins the look of the entire set. None of these items have dealt with anything more than typical wear and tear, yet nothing has held up. Two years is not long enough to be re-buying a house full of furniture because our original purchases look like they came from a garage sale. I have been extremely disappointed with the value of this furniture and will not be wasting my money with them again in the future. Don't waste yours, either.

Highly recommend this location. Kyle Nash was the absolute best salesman you can ask for. My wife and I went in looking for new living room furniture and Kyle was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our budget, room size and any features we were looking for. All said and done he was able to help us find the perfect furniture that fit all our needs and wants and was never that “pushy salesman” everyone hates. We even had our talkative 2 year old with us and he was very patient and interacted with her like the 2 had been best friends for years. Highly recommend you go see Kyle for all your furniture needs!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They gave me the information I needed and let me look around at my own pace. Checking out was quick, financing was available and interest free. Also, the furniture I chose was in stock and delivered to my home the next day! Delivery staff was on time, friendly and efficient as well. All around great experience.

We needed a full size bed for our son and headed to Gardner White. Ben was our salesman but it didn't feel like he was pushing anything on us. He answered all of our questions and just gave us what we needed. He showed us options but there was not pressure to get the expensive choice. He was more worried about us getting what worked for us. Ben was super helpful and made us feel like we were important.The bed was scheduled to be delivered a few days later. The communication was excellent. They initially gave me a three hour window but then gave a more accurate window a little later. They should up early, which was super nice. The two guys were very nice and professional. They were in and out, took the old bed out and put in the new bed. From walking through the doors, to receiving the bed, we could not have asked for a better experience. This is why we go to Gardner White.

I recently purchased the WALLEN-6PC-SKT dining room table set from Gardner White, and my initial excitement turned into disappointment. I've had the table for less than two months, and the issues I encountered were shocking. The table, featuring a wood grain texture, had noticeable problems right from the start. There were various spots on the table that resembled permanent marker lines, which I assumed were part of the design. However, my frustration grew when I noticed what seemed like a split in the table's surface. This became a bigger concern as the paper-thin veneer started to bubble up due to moisture exposure, caused by using the table for its intended purpose - having meals. I filed a warranty claim, and a representative came to inspect the table. To my surprise, they claimed that since the table showed signs of use, it wasn't covered by the warranty. What shocked me even more was the reason behind the damage - the wood grain appearance turned out to be nothing more than a paper-thin sticker, not a genuine veneer. Apparently, even placing warm plates on the table led to issues with the glue. It's disheartening to realize that a dining table, a piece meant to serve its function, can't handle the heat from a meal without ruining its finish. The warranty, which I'm relieved I didn't pay extra for, wouldn't have covered this clear defect in quality because it showed signs of use. This experience has been frustrating, especially given that I've had the table for less than two months. It's disappointing to invest in what I believed to be a quality piece of furniture, only to discover that it falls short in terms of durability. Gardner White's customer service response to a clear quality issue is equally disappointing, leaving me with a less-than-ideal dining set and a sour taste in my mouth.

I purchased a Temperpedic mattress yesterday from Maddi at Gardner White. She was a no pressure, extremely attentive, knowledgeable and down to earth saleswoman who hung on my every word. We picked out the perfect mattress that I look forward to enjoying for a long time. Furniture purchases are huge and it is great to have someone so excited about my needs at Gardner White! I will ask for Maddie when I am ready to purchase the dining room table and loveseat I fell in love with on our walk to the door. Thank you Maddie!
