I took my car here for a warranty repair because my old mechanic told me that my transmission was going bad due my car started to vibrate when I hit 40 mph or higher.
Mario took my car for a test drive to see if there were any real issues with the transmission and found nothing.
He told me that the vibration was more than likely due to the tires being unbalanced.
So I bought new tires because they were needed and there's no longer any vibration at higher speeds.
Thank you Mario for being up front and honest with me. And like I told you in person, you are my new mechanic.

I would Highly recommend GNR Automax to anyone! They do amazing work, so they are always busy, make sure you call ahead! Mario was so helpful in explaining the issues, and SO fast getting them fixed and getting my car back to me. Thank you also to Sheila for being a huge help and so friendly, going out of their way to help me in a time of needs. I will 100% be coming back for any and all auto needs. Wonderful people running a very high quality business!

I came here because I had been coming here since 2004 under a previous owner. I had not been in awhile and this was my first experience under this ownership and when I say I am at a loss for words for the way I was treated. I came in for a service and feel like I left a part of someone’s family. I have never experienced the kind of treatment I received from any business ever. I am in a very dark place and I have a lot of things going on and they didn’t know that and treated me absolutely amazing. They lifted the load without even knowing it and for no reason because I was a stranger. They did an amazing job with my vehicle and literally made an effort to have it ready for me by a date that I had events planned. God is so good because I needed this experience to give me faith in humanity again. Thank you to Mario and your entire family and staff. I greatly appreciate You all and your business.

GNR is awesome it's the only place besides darbys that I would take my car to because the prices are fair reasonable and they are trustworthy and they always do a good job and their work is never questionable.

Mario is a good guy. He is. But when I realized he cable tied my axle boot on and charged me 1850, it kinda broke my heart and led me to leave this review. That’s a lot of money for a cable tie, Mario. Also, I was told I had a blown head gasket. I changed my THERMOSTAT and then took my car on a 20 hour road trip. It sucks man to have to find another mechanic after 15 years but getting hustled is something I won’t be getting done to me again and I don’t recommend that to anybody based off my experience. Be careful.

Stopped on a Saturday, not realizing that they were closed. Mario had stopped by to drop his motorcycle off to sell. My car was sounding like it was low on oil or had thrown a rod. Turned out that it was almost out of oil. I had it changed just 8 days ago and they had installed the wrong size filter, making it leak. Mario basically did an oil change (4 quarts and filter) in the driveway. I cannot sufficiently express my gratitude to everything he did, on basically his day off. I didn't get his son's name but I want to tell you that your father is definitely someone that you can emulate. And Donna, you sure picked a good one! Again, many thanks and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Back in March 2024, I had the craziest birthday. My check engine light came on and my Equinox would not accelerate. I didn’t know what to do, I luckily don’t usually have car troubles. Thank goodness for Adam at Rightway for making sure I had a warranty and Marco is a saint! He fixed my car overnight!! Every one I encountered was pleasant and was so helpful! Happy Birthday Sheila! They have my trust and continued business.

From the time I got this cat GNR has and is my go to auto repair. They were courteous, positive and brief and to the point. I recommend customers for insurance quotes and out of your pocket cost as well. They are good!
