Heather, Ashley and Lillian were all so helpful! I went into the store looking for a wedding band and it felt like shopping with my best friends. They all were so kind and provided me with so many options. I will definitely return to this store for future purchases.

Went to this store in Taylor for wedding rings and Tammie was wonderful along with her supervisor. Very friendly and willing to help us keep our budget down. Got the ring enhancer that she wanted and they helped customize my wedding ring to what I wanted. When the rings came in they were just as excited as we were. They made the atmosphere more exciting for our big day.
On a side note, my fiancé wanted to record my reaction to seeing my ring for the first time. She didnt hit record, and the staff reenacted the scene. It made a memorable funny moment that we will cherish forever. We highly recommend this location of Helzberg in Taylor, Michigan.

So my wife's wedding ring was stolen a couple months ago and of course we could NOT find the receipt. So I stopped in to Helzberg to see if they could get me a receipt (from 7 years ago). To my amazement they found it and printed it up. When I told the story to Jill (the best person/employee in the world) she showed so much empathy and concern! Jill continued to follow up with us months later, not to sell us something, but because she is a truly caring person. I will continue to shop at Helzberg and I suggest everybody do the same. BTW we got the ring back! Shout out to the Sandusky Police Department ( it was stolen at Hotel Breakers in Cedar Point). Thank thank you so much Jill! We appreciate you!!

My fiance and I were on the hunt for my wedding band for my unique engagement ring for a few months, looked at several other stores and nothing stood out to me. We went to this store on a whim one day at the mall and was immediately greeted by Tam-E. First thing she did was take my engagement ring (which was bought somewhere else) and cleaned it right away. After trying a bunch on, we fell in love with one band style and decided to buy 2 of the same band. A few weeks later, we came back to shop for my fiances band and was met with the same positive energy from Tam-E and Heather and made another purchase!

I came here to look for a wedding band. They didnt have what I wanted. But they were extremely pushy saying they could order it online but I might not get it before my wedding that's a month away. I ended up going to Diamontes in the mall and they had what I wanted but in a different metal. They had it made within a week and it was cheaper than what the big jewelry stores are charging.

I bought a watch from Helzberg spent about $700 i asked them to take some pins out of the watch and they sent me down to another jewelery place who charged me 75 dollars to take a couple pins out.
