This was our very first purchase at Hot Topic, and we had a great experience. Within a week of buying a Funko Pop, my son noticed that the spring in the Spider-Man’s neck had broken. We went back to the store, and the staff replaced it with no problem at all. They even let us check the new one before leaving, which was very kind and thoughtful. Great customer service!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The employees are rude and completely unhelpful. I was falsely accused of stealing by Kennedy, who claimed I put items in my bag—even though nothing beeped when I walked out. I rarely shop at this Hot Topic because of Kennedy and Kit. Neither of them cares about customer service, and it shows not just with me but with how they treat other customers as well. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable. Hot Topic seriously needs to replace this staff with people who actually value customers. I won’t be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hot Topic location with an employee named Kennedy. She was polite and attentive to some customers, but her attitude toward me was dismissive and unwelcoming. It left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. For a store that promotes inclusivity, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and hope management addresses this issue.

Alot of the staff is amazing BUT Erica the store manager is a despicable sneaky disrespectful rude person and nothing but problems everytime me or my friends come in
So no won't be recommending anyone spend there money in here

I went here the day before Thanksgiving. I used my card to purchase an item. The next day, I found that someone stole my card information and spent my money at a smoothie place. Apparently this a thing thats happened many times???

They always have cool stuff. Fun jewelry. Employees are usually helpful. My kids like to look at all the Funko pops.

This is a nice little store, there's a worker there who I've chatted with forever who is always friendly. The only thing that I don't like is the size of the store. It's cramped.
