I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. My sales person was friendly and very helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted and explained it to my Sales rep. She showed me the chair that I was looking for and explained everything. She offered different price options and never tried to push me into anything. I would definitely shop there again.

We were looking for a recliner to match one we bought at this same store a few years ago. At first Kamil couldn’t find one in the same color as the fabric/color had been discontinued about 10 months ago. He went to his computer and was quickly able to locate a recliner in the EXACT same color, just a slightly different chair, in Columbus, Ohio! This is several hundred miles away!!!. We could not tell the difference between the two chairs. Tim and I are extremely happy with the quality of our first chair and even more so with the service Kamil provided! Thank you very much!

We recently ordered two new recliners. Our salesperson Laura Virgo couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Even the other salesman that works there went out his way to make sure we had whatever we needed. If the recliners are as nice when we receive them as the staff at this location we’ll be very satisfied.
