They would have got five stars but the manager is a young guy trying to act like he's old and wise really isn't didn't know what he was talking about try to charge me $11 per hat I had two tried charging me $24 in tax just because I needed a size bigger he did not look at the receipt I had the rewards card and it was only $4 and now I am not a LIDS fan no more I wouldn't have put one star but you have to to make a comment

Would have got 5 stars but they charged me full price for 2 hats after they said the second one would be half off. Overall they have a cool selection of hats and the ability to customize them. Thanks

They mess up my had by putting stitching on a LA had instead of a Detroit hat. N re-did my had n use the wrong color stitch smh. Not happy I always spend money there n this how it is.

Who’s the District Manager of this place?Customer service is at an all time low here. They don’t greet you when you come in and they don’t say a word to you when you’re standing right next them for 10 minutes. They just play on their phone or talk to each other. I had $300 ready to drop on hats until they completely ignored me. When I brought up their lack of customer skills they yelled at me to leave the store. Locker Room is no better. Trash service. Nobody should buy from these people.

Prices are kind of high. Staff (4 of them) was hanging out just talking. When my son and I tried to pay, we were told "she'll help you". A girl was playing on her phone and said "hold on a sec". We had to wait for her to finish texting before she would even acknowledge us. She put down her personal phone and picked up their little payment thing, but wasn't too competent using it. Took a while to cash out. Nobody greatest us. Nobody offered any help. We had to ask people to help us even though everyone always just standing around and playing on their phones.

I went in there to see if they had a particular hat and the 2 rude girls that worked there look at me angrily because they were more concerned about eating and basically refused to help me. the owner needs to get rid of them

Literally store full of people 5:45 just want to walk in grab a hat and spend money… sorry we’re going on break come back later… do yourself a favor go to any other kids then this one.

They messed up on the stitch work. The whole word is crooked. I was not able to look at the hat before leaving because they were short staffed and busy. When I was able to look at it and call them they would not fix their mistake. Told me I would have to purchase a new hat. I will never go back.

Very organized and friendly
