They did me so dirty today. I set a pick up at 1:30pm and it said it would be ready between 1:50-1:55pm. I got there at 1:50pm and I didn’t get my order until 2:20pm. I set a pick up for a reason. I waited in that lobby for 30 minutes for a pick up but if I would’ve cussed them out they would’ve looked at me like an ignorant black man even though they were in the wrong. I can’t win for being a nice person. The service industry complains about Karen’s but yall leave out the part where yall make people snap for poor service and convenience.

This location is very understaffed. A later evening (730) order on a weeknight, and ordered online in advance for 25 min eta. Arrived 30 min later and had to wait another 45 min inside. Employees were doing their very best to keep up and we're very pleasant despite many rude customers. But everyone that came in with an order made had a long wait on top of it. Zero hot and ready items available for walk ins.

Waited in line for 25 minutes, when I finally received my pizza I asked if it was fresh they said it was. Got home it was hard where my 3 yr old couldn't even chew it. I called their number spoke to a man who works for the company, but not at that location. He transferred me to the store where it's been a half of hour and still no one will answer. This place is horrible, don't waste your time or money there. If a place can not answer their phones you know it's no good

Every time I come here, specifically to this location they find a new way to really upset me. I live 7 minutes away and still TRY to call & place my order. No answer after 5 calls. I get to the speaker and I’m being told “YoU mUsT cOmE iNsIdE” NO ANSWER THE PHONE. Stop taking advantage of the app, because half the time it does not work. UPDATE: TRU (manager) was no nice, he actually apologized and corrected my order because it was wrong. You rock Tru!

Would give 0 star do not go here as it takes them over 45 minutes just for hot and ready waited in their line for over an and hour amd got fed up and left

I literally just left this place and I was giving uncooked crazy bread. They had to notice that before placing it in the bag. Definitely will not be back to this location. I would post a picture but somehow I'm unable to do so on here!

Worst customer service ever. Waited 53 minutes in a 7 car length drive thru for the only words to be spoken 'what did you have'. Never another word. Pizza was luke warm, old, and so hard my dog could barely eat it. I'll never be back.

On Wednesday February 21, 2024, I ordered pizza and other items here after 8pm online and when driving to this location, the lights were off. Only saw one vehicle (gray)parked at the end of the parking lot. Little Caesars was closed. Online states of closing at 10pm in drive thru and 8pm inside. So Thursday February 22, 2024, I visited Little Caesars to get what I ordered and spoke with a manager. I understand that restaurants are short staffed, but the manager was shocked of Little Caesars being closed. Hope things get better soon as this is my favorite location to go to.

Didn't have a problem with Little Caesars. The one in Woodhaven is horrible. They sell your pizza to someone else and then play dumb like they didn't (I've seen it more than once) I ordered I was over 20 mins picking it up it was still there hot and ready they did a great

The pizza itself is good, but there are several issues with phone service and customer service. Ordered a pizza and went there and they had no order at all. Prior to this, it takes at least 5 to 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. I've been there and struck up complete conversations with waiting customers who had been there close to 25 minutes or more before me. The amount of business this location receives has a poor ratio of employees to handle it. They definitely need more help and someone to be at that front register at all times. As for the cleanliness, it gets a 3 out of 10 rating. The floors are always dirty and the pick up counter has crumbs in the crack of it from who knows when. The condiments are not filled and dusty. Once again as I have noted above, the pizza is good but overall service is something that needs to be addressed.
