I placed an online order to be picked up at 5:15; I arrived at 535 as I know this location is usually a wait based on past experience of waiting over 20 minutes. I arrived, my food still hadn’t been processed nor ready. I waited another 10 minutes. I was missing items, the cashier lied about what I was supposed to get and then said, what do you need now? It was very unfortunate as I traveled a distance to come here.

Parking: Parking lot on both sides of the business and they connect on the back side with the drive thru. You can enter from Telegraph both after the light.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal. Hush puppies

Super happy this location is back open! Food is awesome, no worries about the wait time. So worth the 30+ minute wait

The food was good. But, the service was not, and you still have to honk for them to take your order ?

Ordered online jumbo shrimp paid online and arrived at the location at the set time. Was informed they were out of jumbo shrimp and would give me an additional side. I already had two sides coming and didn't want another side. Management said that's all they could do. After a disagreement with said manager, he said he would give 3 extra grilled shrimp, which still wasn't even price wise, but I figured in this day and age of piss poor customer service, I had better take it.My point being they should have, at the very least, gave me equal for my money. Personally, if I ran this place, I would have over compensated for my restaurants error.

Food is greasy, as should be expected - still very yummy and fresh! The restaurant employees were very young and seemed to struggle balancing fulfilling orders and serving customers. I stood and waited 10-15 minutes at the front of the line while employees got caught up on orders and was never acknowledged once. Even a passing "Hey, were really backed up right now and we will be with you soon." would have been appreciated. Once helped, staff was very polite. Our food came out quickly.

It wasn't so good but they didn't have enough staff. I suggest getting the food to go because the inside wasn't stocked well...no ketchup , no tarter sauce, and no straws.

Ordered food in the drive-through from Long John Silver when I pulled up to the window the girl that was taking my money was also cooking at the same time. No gloves, no hand washing in between handling money and handling food. Absolutely

I’ve had food a few times, one through drive thru and the other two dine. They advertise all you can eat chicken, fish and sides on Sundays for 11-7. I kind of felt bad for the staff but kind of didn’t, I feel like it’s more an management problem. A lot of that staff seemed like high schoolers which isn’t the problem but they didn’t have any help/guidance far as manning stations. It’s not an age thing but sometimes you need staff with more experience to jump in and help.Maybe drive thru has priority because the times I’ve been the dining room you just saw a bunch of people not eating. For a any restaurant that can be problem especially if the food doesn’t take long to cook. I saw cars taking off but people still waiting on food for 30+ mins. It’s slow during slow times and slower during busy times. So all you can eat you have to go back and tell them you want more. It took 1 hour and 30 mins to get two plates of food. They didn’t bother refilling the next plate. 35+ mins go past and now Togo boxes are now sitting on our dine in plate/tray. We just left, the cashier avoided eye contact and the cook wore gloves sometimes while battering food. The kitchen is very open so even if you weren’t being nosey you can see the grease/food on the floor, watching phones and just staring at the drive thru screen to avoid looking at the line of people who ordered. No reason to lie but I hope some management will read this and help their staff out. I love LJS but won’t be back for a long time. Maybe a different location. Every fast food place will have busy times but nothing is done about it, no moving faster to get the rush done. Just panic and stressed faces, the staff deserves better! And so do the dine in customers.

A woman with 3 kids went to the manager to say something about her food at the front counter. The manager starting arguing with her. Then the manager starting saying the f-word and telling her to get out. Other customers starting walking out. They are always out of food or never open.

I got a good picture of the menu because I sat in my car after ordering for 15 minutes without moving.I should have known because it took us 15 minutes to get to where you can order.Overall it took us 45 minutes to get six pieces of chicken and six pieces of fish with french fries hush puppies and shrimp. We understand that in Taylor on a Friday night things could be busy, but for fast food this was absolutely absurd.Don't come here unless you're 10-year-old really really wants to have fish dinner for the evening.

The Taylor, Michigan one I go to is always excellent. Food is fresh and the staff pleasant.
I stopped last Thursday, and Alicia, that took my order was pleasant and upbeat. Seems to make the food better when the voice on the speaker is welcoming to start with.
