I have taken both my vehicles to this shop for repairs, both times I have received quick, friendly, professional service, they will tell you exactly what you're vehicle needs and a ballpark estimate what the repairs will cost before the service is performed, I will recommend this business to everyone who needs their vehicle repaired.

Very friendly and upfront about the work you may need besides what you came to get fixed, and they did a great job on my ford transit 350 van, I will never take my van back to the dealer. They had my van back to me within a day, I highly recommend them, good people.

The receptionist told me that they can't do engine work on a missfireing piston on 2011 Toyota Prius, because it is a hybrid and the technology has not been released yet for them.To know how to work on it.My car is fourteen years old yet the technology is unreleased and to new edit yes I left a bad review as the information was false I left the bad review after speaking to Toyota who said as long as it's engine work it has little to nothing to do with the hybrid systems

I will certainly come back for repair/maintenance. I called M&M for an estimate on replacing a starter on my Hyundai Kona. I spoke to Tish and what she quoted me on phone was the exact amount I paid when I picked it up. I was not able to get the car there until about 3pm that afternoon so I was not expecting them to get to it that day, but to my delighted surprise, she called me about an hour later and said that there had been a delay in parts for another car, so my car at least would be able to be looked at by the end of that day and probably would fixed by sometime the next morning, and it was. They definitely keep you informed throughout the process and are friendly, timely and professional. I highly recommend.

I will come back here for each and every service I need done on my car. Tish (owner) is honest, transparent and very professional. She took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car before doing the work, sent pics while working was being done on my car, and kept all the old parts and bottles of fluids they used for full transparency. This is RARE to find nowadays.

Shady business, they'll quote one price over the phone, so by the time you tow your vehicle to them. They'll jack up the price once your vehicle is there knowing that you have to pay extra to get it towed somewhere else where I could've gotten a better deal won't be giving these money-hungry grimy ppl any more business. I was quoted $117 more dollars on the phone no more plus the other shop was going to replace belt included with the $691 out the door no extra taxes included. I just wish I went to Belle Tire on you Eureka where the man was not going to add extras to it. It's not hard to replace an alternator and I already priced it which was no more than $250. So why are charging so much for labor when it's not that hard to put an alternator on. Every time my husband goes to you want a 1000 dollars for everything I look up the parts price and it doesn't cost that much but y'all want an arm & leg for labor. It only took you 30 minutes to put it on. Like I said you are not getting anymore of my business.

🚗 my car's air conditioner started blowing hot air on a hot day. 🔥🥵🔥
that's something I don't accept in life so I had to get it repaired ASAP. I also don't accept getting ripped off, which is why I was looking for a new repair shop after my previous shop really made me regret going there.🤦♂️ after looking around and reading reviews I decided to try M & M and I'm glad I did! the price was very fair for the labor and parts. the service was very fast. the results are me freezing myself in the car on absolutely roasting days ☀️ 🥶... which is my little slice of heaven during the dreaded commute home after a hard day at work.
