customer service in all aspects of the job was awesome!! i contacted my insurance usaa needing roadside assistance. a flat tire change at my home. sent a service request, contact was made with mac's towing, tamer was the tech who changed the tire. the complete job from request to tighting lugnuts & lowering the jack was completed within an hour. tamer did an excellent job.including safety information when driving on the small spare. not to exceed 50 mph & turn slowly. i very much highly recommend mac's towing.

Clyde I believe is his name got my Infiniti g35 to my new house with no issues at all. Very polite, very helpful, and what matters most is they care! Also a very fair price and was on the scene when they said they would be. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.

If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy company to help you with your car troubles. Mac’s Towing is it! We’ve used them a few times in the past and have had a great experience every time. Their tow rate is fair and they’re very good at communicating. Clyde has been out to us every time we’ve needed their help and I couldn’t say enough good things about him!
