The sales rep kept trying to get me to buy the more expensive tv with a sound bar. I bought a 65' Sony. I hear it just fine. I live in an apartment. I can't blast the neighbors out with a sound system. Then she told me my tv was no good because you couldn't see the picture if you were standing on the side looking at it Typically I sit in front of the screen and see it just fine Then she put the full court press to open a credit card. Had to be the most annoying person I ever met

I was at Best Buy with my sister to look at appliances, long story short, we bought a whole kitchen full of appliances!!!! The 2 female representatives were so good and knowledgeable, I couldn't believe it!!! They answered every question we had and didn't get upset at all when we changed the order a couple of times! Great job, they won me over!!!

I went in for a cleaning and afterwards my computer fan started making loud noises. Then i went a second time and they said my computer appeared fine. Well the noise got much worse and I went back a 3rd time where that employee was very helpful and showed me what part to buy and i got the part. Well i came back and the girl working was waiting on someone and asked what I needed and i said i had a fan that needed to be replaced. She told me to wait and I waited over 20 minutes for her to finish with her customer. Well when it was my turn she finally tells me that i have to leave it overnight even though i was told by the helpful employee that it was a quick fix as long as i had the part. I am very irritated that she made me wait for no reason when she couldve told me right when i walked in what I needed that I had to wait till the next day. Terrible customer service to make me wait for no reason. Why does she work at Geek Squad when she cant repair computers?? Very useless and a waste of my time.

Ok, overall do I liken Best Buy to a Michelin star restaurant? Absolutely not. Some of these reviews...the audacity. Overall do I have low expectations going to a Best Buy? Sure. I am here for a thing not for a word class experience. HOWEVER I really wanted to share my positive experience with the employee Nico!! I went in to BB to buy a new phone which was long overdue. I knew it could be a long process to do so and planned on waiting. The first associate told me unfortunately I was missing some info to do so. This had me disappointed I'd have to try and find time to come back. Nico simply overheard the conversation and jumped right in with a solution and was able to help out! Let me tell you I was probably a nightmare customer (kept forgetting several pieces of info on my end, recent address change , etc). Nico was overly patient with me and not only that, kind and funny! Yes it did take awhile to set up and get a new phone - but that's no one's fault but my own, but major props to Nico for being awesome! Made the time go by quicker because of your positive attitude. You get Michelin stars from me!

I was not happy with the service here. When walking in, I was greeted and I appreciate that, the best part. But, the service from buying my laptop to going through geek squad, very poor. They could not even set up my laptop correctly and they had it for two days. You now have to make appointments, you cannot just walk in. I guess they still blame covid, but really? Big difference from two years ago.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced . My boyfriend and I ordered a tv through Amazon to be kicked up at the Best Buy store. He went to pick it up and they would not release the tv to him. Because it was ordered on my Amazon account. No one could help him work through this and figure something out even after he showed them the order on his iPhone they said it had to have his name in it. So one week later we tried again, and this time I made sure to Put his name on it ... but still they would not give him the tv he just paid for, for the second time and no one would do anything to help this situation... very rude employees who didn't seem to want to make this right so I will be canceling my order for the second time and never returning to this store.

I purchased a refrigerator from this store and it was damaged --scratches and dents in the doors and the handle-- and missing parts. They refuse to fix and replace these problems. When I called the store I got sent to customer service who told me to call the store. It was completely passing the buck. This is a terrible store that lacks integrity. Buy from a local store that is a part of the community and stands behind its products. Best Buy sucks!

I am trying to get information prior to an auto install appointment but I am not able to contact the store. It gets routed to a national call center and they are no help at all. Even worse, they waste 20 minutes on hold and talking before you realize how little they can do to assist. I will probably go somewhere else because I have growing concerns about the lack of customer service.

YOU STOLE FROM ME. I was at store # 401 and was returning a broken monitor that was shipped to me and this young man came out and accused me of breaking it . He even went on to tell me how I broke it. He told me that I broke it buy picking it up by the corners of the screen. I was retuning it the way the lady told me to on the phone when I called . I was appalled that he could even say something like this to me. I am a 65 year old woman and can't believe he talked to me in this manner. They would not take it off my best buy account but gave me a store credit. Please explain to me what that is all about. 1. you took the damage item back. Is your company that hard up that you have to keep my money. Then you are trying to force me to shop your store again after you have lost my trust. 2. You made me never want to shop at Best buy store again. 3. If this doesn't take off my best buy account. I am going on tick tock and making a video about best buy return service, and how you all stole from me. 3. I am going on Facebook as well and give you all the worst reviews ever.. I will make a page if I have too. I did not break the Dell -s2319nx23" ips led fad monitor-black/silver model s2319nx sku 6237640 it was shipped to me that way. I don't want another one. And yes I am upset and insulted that I was treated this way by a store employee from this store 23000 Eureka rd. Taylor Mi 48180 Store @ 401I. WANT THIS TAKEN OFF MY BEST BUY ACCOUNT. I swear to God I'll never shop at your store again. And I will do everything in my power to stop others.

Two stars because Glen (?) who I spoke to over the phone was wonderful and beyond helpful, but picking up my order was an absolute nightmare. An older gentleman who seemed to be the one in charge of the line and order pickups was INSANELY rude and started yelling at my girlfriend to move our car forward while we were speaking with another associate and made absolutely no attempt to help us beyond saying "it isn't ready" about twenty times even though he didn't check on any order status! Comically bad situation at this Best Buy. Give Glen a raise but for the love of god get rid of whoever the hell is outside screaming at cars.

Worst customer service you could ever imagine. BUYER BEWARE. Drive to another Best Buy location. Don't spend your money here. From the manager to the floor staff, There is no such thing as customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I just left the Best Buy in Ann Arbor and I left a poor review however to be fair I should also leave a great review for the Taylor Best Buy. 10-28-19 10:51 am. I was in a rush and soon as I was just a few steps in the store a sales person asked if i needed help. I said yes Im looking for the Sony - WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise Canceling Over-the-Ear Headphones with Google Assistant. He took me right to them. He must of seen my exppression on my face when I seen the price. He grabbed one off the shelf and said let's see if there is any discounts. Unfortunately there was none available but I expected that because they just came out. I was out of the store in less the 10 minutes. Now the headphones work so well my coworkers have to flash the lights off and on to get my attention. It was a great purchase experience and made me feel important that the salesmen cared about my purchase. Fair is fair...Thank you.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE customer service does not exist at this store employee fail to mention the 15% restocking fee for a 1500 dollar camera so when I went to return it two days later to get a different camera none of management where decent enough to waive the fee on a brand new unused camera that's 250 dollars I'm just giving Best Buy it's robbery and when I asked to see whatever document they claimed I signed they could not provide me with anything BE VERY CAREFUL
