I love Menards! Great prices and variety. Camille was extra helpful. We had a gift card that was giving problems and she persisted until it finally worked! It shows she really cares for the customers. If you’ve never been to this store you’re missing out!

Horrible place, nothing but disrespect, I was towards the back and happened to see one of there main guys yelling and cursing at someone. That is not okay I hope your cooperate hears about it!

Great staff, good prices, and the rebate really works when you need a high priced item! I got a garage door last year and saved a ton of money with their rebate. I recommend getting on the Menard's mailing list because they offer some incredible deals that are online only but free shipping to store. I picked up these awesome glasses for dirt cheap! Plus they have some really great Halloween items!

If your a female trying to promote your not going to get far with Chris Fisher as a GM I worked here for 6.5 years Everytime I asked to get into a GM program I was wrote up so I couldn't promote when you don't kiss ass your on the trouble maker list There are people that were my assistant manager that promoted because they were guys. I loved my job. You can get rid of the person but you can't replace depending or loyalty .

No military discount like their competitors offer. Had a large set of projects for my home. Bathroom and kitchen remodel. Picked out everything from my Taylor Menards and at check out discovered that I'd be paying 10% more than imagined because they don't offer a military discount like Home Depot or Lowe's both do, heck even Walmart offers a military discount. Left my entire order and walked out. Went to Home Depot found exactly the same stuff there and saved over $1000 in the process. Sorry Menards. Got to play the game, with costs for everything being so high. every penny saved matters now. Put a military discount in place and I'll be back. Otherwise I'll see you as I drive by on my way to Home Depot across the street ??

Wonderful store. Customer service was good. Staff was available whenever I wanted without waiting. Rebate offer going on currently. Lots of free parking. Wheelchair accessible. The elevator was out of order. Floor model items are on the second floor wrapped in plastic. You can hardly see the color and kids are not allowed on the second floor due to safety reasons. Deal items are gone too quick and will be out of stock. Lots of varieties and lots of options to choose from. Prices are ok. Nice location. Delivery options throughout the USA but nowhere in Canada. You can deliver at the store and then pick it up. They have van rental as well. Public washroom available. Clean and organized store.

Menards is the best hardware store around.
