The people at Metro Storage provide great customer service, are very friendly and helpful. The unit I rented was clean and secure. They also have locks and packing supplies available for purchase in the office which was an added convenience when i needed a few last minute supplies. I would highly recommend Metro Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Joe and Mrs. Pam provided me with excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you so much for helping me especially being from out of state. You made me feel welcomed even in my Chicago Bulls gear! I wouldn't hesitate to conduct business with Metro Storage again should I ever be in the area again and I highly recommend this facility to others for their top notch service.

Extremely friendly customer service that truly looks out for and helps Customers!!!Used one of their largest storage units for the last 5 1/2 years and just took it out this past weekend! EVERYTHING was completely fine just as when we filled it up over 5 1/2 yrs ago. Did not have any problems with rodents getting in storage unit and it kept everything in great condition! Well lit parking lot and area around unit with secure gate and code input to keep unwanted ppl out! Very secure .. good area ... safe storage with great customer service!!! Highly recommend this storage facility!

They increase the rates often. Only use for short term storage this facility is no longer owned by Metro Storage the new name is Storage Sense with different owners.

I have been a customer off and on since their Taylor, Michigan storage unit opened. I have always found them to be very friendly, helpful, and understanding. I feel my belongings are being cared for by family. All the buildings are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this company!

I enjoy doing business with the Metro Storage team. They are professional, courteous and most important there monthly storage rental fees are the very best by FAR that I have ever experienced in Michigan. There security is superior to all other storage facilities and working with Tony and Joe is like working with close family and friends. As long as I have the need to rent storage I will only use Metro Storage. Our whole family also uses Metro Storage to run our business out of. I have used Metro's services, both storage and POB, for 4 years now. Completely satisfied. All employees are helpful. Monthly payment is reasonably priced. Mail is always sent immediately after requested. Storage units / buildings / property is always clean and neat.

I have been renting at the van born rd locationFor about 6 yrs. now. I find the people friendly andWilling to help with any questions I might have.The unit I rent is temperature controlled, which is great for when you have to go thru stuff for a longperiod of time in the winter. The area is very clean And easy access. I would recommend Metro Storageto everyone
