This store in particular has been my go store for everything metrobytmobile for years.Jason and Francis are as professional and friendly as they come.True there are other very good stores as well but this one is closest and never deviates from true good service.

Getting a new phone I was recommended the nord 200n 5g. The first couple of days it was fine, then an update killed it. I went in complaining and aggravated, cursing the phone itself to which the employees defended it. In the end they were right, it was just a faulty sim card. I am very grateful they were willing to put up with my aggravation in a professional manner and help me to the best of their ability. Thank you!
