My car had only about 3,000 miles on it so even though it was over a year this was my first time for an oil change. I was suppose to get 1 free one but since it was over a year I had to pay for it. When I was with Ford all my oil changes were free. Even when I told them that my husband had died and I was not driving very much and that is why I had not needed an oil change , no difference, I still had to pay. When this lease is over I expect to go back to Ford. You are heartless.

Two years ago, I had an issue with my Encore GX. I took it to Moran, they were close to my home. They were so professional, kind, and speedy with my repair, I told them thier service was excellent and I WOULD be back. When my lease was up, I went back to Moran, "just to look"' This is when I met Nathan Kujik. He took his time with me, and answered all my questions well. His suggestion of leasing the Acadia was spot on! He knew better than I did, what I needed. I got a GREAT deal, and my time was WELL SPENT going to Moran. Serious HIGH PRAISE for Nathan & Moran. Who could ask for more? 10 stars for them! THANK YOU MORAN and Nathan, you made this lady a very happy General Motors family member.

I was going out of town the next day and I needed to get my tires rotated. I called Chris Hamilton and he was able to accommodate me on the day that I called. I didn't have a long wait and I was very satisfied. I will continue to use this location because all of the staff are friendly and the service is quick and efficient!

Nathan was fantastic. He was helpful got me an awesome deal. I didn’t have to wait hours for it either. I went to several dealerships was undecided and frustrated. Nathan was great right out the gate didn’t play games he did what he said

Bill Howard made the experience exceptional! Professionalism like his is rare these days and he definitely will be the reason we remain loyal GMC customers. Salesman was so friendly and welcoming. He worked with us and made us feel important to him. I have never owned a GMC vehicle but I love my new car and am looking forward to owning more GMC's

Over 90 mins for an oil change with an appointment. This place is just terrible. I complained and staff agreed it shouldn't take that long.

Great service. I've only had to visit a few times, but each time they provide VIP service. If I ever go and they don't provide it, I'll be disappointed. Chris in Service is awesome! They thoroughly explain estimate and it's never too bad for dealership costs, but I also have a great warranty.

Nate was very helpful and accommodating! This was the first time I have ever purchased a new car. It was nerve racking and exciting! Nate was great through the whole process and very responsive to any questions we had. He was also very helpful when it came to setting up all the new technology features in my car.

THIS IS FOR THE COLLISION CENTER ON EUREKA IN SOUTHGATE I SUBMITTED A REVIEW OFF THEIR EMAIL AND IT TOOK ME TO THEIR MAIN FACILITY I DID NOT DO BUSINESS AT THE ACTUAL DEALSHIP THIS DOES NOT REFLECT THE LOCATION ON TELEGRAPHNot sure why photos are not loading all this information is also on the Collision Center.Brought the car in for 2 key scratches on the RS of my 2022 Blazer. Progressive set up my appointment. Brought the car in and tried to show the woman at the counter (the one that sits to the left) the damages on my car She refused to get up and look at it with me I said ok and left. Got my car back about 1.5 weeks later and they missed a spot not surprised as no one wanted me to show them what I was in for - the fender on the complete other side was not set back in correctly and now had paint chipped off it - When I picked up my car, the same rude lady from when i dropped it off said i need your deductible she came back with my receipt and my key I asked where my car was and she said its out front you will find it HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS WOMAN- called progressive and made a complaint they had me bring my car back up to Moran I left my car here for another week so they can repair the damages that THEY DID. Picked my car back up for the 2nd time and they just popped the panel back in (still not symmetrical with the other side) and put touch-up paint on it. When I asked for the manager so I could talk to them I was told a manager was not in -- another guy came out and I showed him my issues and he said "Really you are worried about that" Well yea it is a 45k car that is brand new why would you leave it like that? Why would a collision center that is self-proclaimed the best use touch-up paint on a brand new 2022 blazer with 6k miles on it when THEY are the ones who did the damage? Currently working with Progressive to take my car to an actual shop where they will repair it correctly.Photos#1 + #2 - Reason i brought the car -- fixed right#3 - Spots they missed? Would not let me show them the 1st time i came in had to bring it back int#4 - the way they left my fender when they returned the car#5 - The way they repaired the fender bent it back down and used touch up pant#6 - Just bad paint job its gonna cause issues#7 - Shows the passenger side (which is clipped correctly LS of photo) and the Driver side where its not clipped in correctly the body line runs outward towards the bottom (RS of photo)

Everyone was super nice, the facility was very clean and well kept. We spent a lot of time there, as I have a few things I had to take care of on mine end of the purchase and they were all great.

I arrived at 8:25 am for my 8:30 am appointment for oil change, tire check, fluid check. After check-in I walked around the parking lot to look at the cars and when I returned the work on my car had been completed. After paperwork, I was on my way by 9:10 am. Probably just the kind of morning they were having, but still very speedy service. Generally I have found the Moran Buick dealership to be very clean and very efficient with pleasant staff.

First time visit at your store and I was greeted with the biggest, friendly smile from Mr Bill Howard. Mr Howard was assisting, knowledgeable and kind. I made my first purchase of a Sierra 1500 pick up. I love my new truck. I will continue to return to Moran GMC for all future vehicles. Thanks to Mr Howard I'm now a loyal Moran Buick GMC customer.
